Your State House Condo is a mere stroll away from Music Row, Vanderbilt University, and the restaurants on West End Avenue.
All you need is your luggage. The kitchens are fully furnished, linens and towels are provided. This first floor unit is conveniently located with parking right outside your door. Compare our rates to the hotels and motels just blocks away on West End and Broadway, you will be amazed at the value.
You condo has two bedrooms, furnished with a plushtop or a body contouring queen bed. There is a large sofa that can sleep a 5th adult. This condos has been remodeled and repainted in warm, neutral, earth tones. There is ample closet space. With a washer/dryer in your vacation home, it is easy to clean up after a long day of sightseeing.
If cultural attractions are your thing, consider these opportunities, all within minutes of State House: the Frist Center of the Visual Arts, the Country Music Hall of Fame, the brand new Symphony Hall, Ryman Auditorium, our replica of the Parthenon and Athena, and the Musica statue on the Roundabout.
If you are a hockey fan, and are going to a Predators game, you are only a mile away! LP Field and the Tennessee Titans are just across the river, not more than a 10 minute drive from your Midtown vacation condo!! There is no more convenient location in Nashville.
If you are a foodie, Nashville's best restaurants are all within a short drive or walk.

Just wanted to drop a line to let you know how much my husband, daughter, and myself enjoyed the condo and Nashville. It truly was located so close to everything! The beds were great--what mattress brand/ model were they? It was a really great vacation.
Place was great!!! Quite, close enough to everything, but far enough to not be in all the crowds. Great place though...I would definitely recommend it!!!
We booked this condo for my 40th birthday weekend. Everything was great and the location was excellent. If I return to Nashville with four people we would definitely stay here again! Really liked having an assigned parking space. Two full bedrooms and two full baths is great!

VALUE. That is what I look for in making purchasing decisions, and that includes accommodations while traveling. I have traveled a great deal both for professional and personal reasons, including internationally. When traveling to science conventions to present my research, I do stay in great hotels. Such hotels are where these conferences are held, and I need to be where the conference is with easy and quick access to gatherings, presentations, and one-on-one meetings. Hence, the value calculation for such travel accommodations primarily takes that into account. However, for professional and personal traveling that does not involve such conventions, my value assessments involve all accommodation amenities at what price. Given that our stay this last June was our SIXTH TIME in as many years at Doug’s condo and that we have already reserved his condo for our SEVENTH STAY IN 2015, you could probably guess that I consider his condo and the experience of staying there for Doug’s rates to be a GREAT VALUE. The rates? They are the lowest for 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, sleeping up to 5 in the Nashville Midtown high rent district and this comes with free parking. And the care that Doug takes with the condo and the condo amenities? Excellent. The location is perfect for visiting Nashville and over the six years that we have stayed here, we have watched infrastructure improvements, upgrades and replacements of furniture – appliances - bedspreads/linens/towels, and, as the world changes, so does what is offered by Doug (examples: LED HDTV and WIFI Internet access). This is what I do with my own home and I appreciate that Doug does this with the condo. I also appreciate just how well kept and clean the condo is. So, each year, I look forward to staying at this condo for a good travel experience for a good value. Thank you, Doug. See you next year.
We drove down from Michigan for a long weekend stay. This condo is in a great area, easy to call a cab or drive to your destination. This was a weekend for two couples getting away from the kids to celebrate milestone birthdays! The condo was clean, with a warm lived in family feel and Doug had to be the easiest person to work with. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back! Also you can't beat the price! Thanks so much for a great place to stay.
This condo has some things going for it as mentioned in other reviews; location, parking, two bedroom and two baths, and a convenient entrance and wifi. However, it was not up to the standards that my partner and I have come to expect when renting VRBO properties of similar size, location and price. It clearly is an investment property that once may have been a bargain, but now needs an upgrade. There is no attention to detail whatsoever from the front door to the kitchen. The front entrance is bare with no attractive plantings as advertised; carpets are dirty, bedspreads and pillows are well worn.... Same goes for the furniture. Just where is the cleaning fee being applied? Paint is dirty, kitchen cabinets sloppily furnished with left over items from previous occupants. We paid more because it was Vanderbilt graduation weekend and felt that this rental did not enhance our vacation.
This Midtown location is 18 city blocks from the center of downtown. You are in the heart of Nashville's entertainment district, close to restaurants, entertainment, and attractions. Your two condos are within walking distance of Vanderbilt University and Music Row, the center of Nashville's music industry. West End Avenue is only blocks away with the best restaurants in the city. See a replica of the Parthenon in Centenial Mall, just 6 blocks away. The kids will love feeding the ducks in the park at Lake Wataugua. The football Titans and the NHL Predators will entertain you during the fall and winter seasons. Take a drive out to Belle Meade mansion and experience the antebellum lifestyle.
