Summerwind Resort is located on beautiful, completely restored Navarre Beach. 'Best kept secret in Florida'. Sit on the balcony and watch the dolphin’s play from this professionally decorated brand new condo. A passionate Louisiana cook has stocked the kitchen with everything you could possible need. TVs and DVD players in all living and sleeping areas. Large 42 inch plasma TV in the living room for those of us passionate about our ball games. Condo stocked with plenty of beach toys, rafts, and games for rainy days. High-speed elevators to take you down to the pool, beach, Jacuzzi, and exercise room. **Free** set of beach chairs with umbrella from March 1- October 30. Plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. Grocery shopping just across the bridge. Fishing, sailing, jet skiing nearby. Plenty of free parking (no boats in parking lot). This is a non-smoking unit. See the gulf from the master bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The **best** the beach has to offer.

Housekeeper included end of stay in June and July, additional cost in winter, fall, and spring.

Shopping: There is a super Walmart, Winn Dixie and also a Publix across the bay bridge. Tons of restaurants in the area and lots of golf courses nearby. A zoo for the kids just up the Hwy 98, Destin is about 15 minutes east and Pensacola is 15 minutes west of us.

Golf: There are many upscale as well as numerous affordable golf courses within a short driving distance.
