Great summer or winter rental. The house is a modern sunn five bedroom, 4 bath, which sits on Lake Winnipesaukee and is only miles away from Gunstock and Loon Mountains. It has a 50' deep water dock with aluminum boat and canoe on sight with an outside shower. The house has a deck off of the family room and in-law suite. The back grounds facing the water has three levels; two separate patios, a grill, a perched beach and a fire pit which is great for entertaining. There is also a bocce court and a horseshoe pit. There are three bedrooms in the main house. Two bedrooms consisting of king beds, and one bedroom consisting of two twin beds. The stainless steal kitchen includes granite counter tops and hickory wood. Modern dining and living room with vaulted ceilings. The in-law suite is attached to the main house consisting of one king bedroom and one additional bedroom with three twin beds. Also has it own kitchen, sitting area, and bathroom.
