We are more than happy to help and advise you with your holiday plans. There is plenty to do and see and using the apartment as a base you can have either a wonderful rest or a hectic sightseeing vacation or even a mixture. For those of you coming on business trips, the location is also ideal and offers enough room to have meetings in the lounge (otherwise second bedroom) for up to eight people. Nearest Airport: Ben Gurion at 20 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 0.5 Miles
Car: not necessary
We are a five minute walk to the Jaffa Port, The Old City and the Flea Market. Fifteen minute walk from the Jaffa Beach. There are restaurants and coffee houses in the area. The best Humus in Israel is just down the road. If you want to have a car there is normally plenty parking in front of the house and easy access to Tel Aviv and all the main highways. Jerusalem 45mns, Haifa 90mns, Beer Sheva 90mns, Raanana 40mns, Ramat Hasharon 35mns. Herzlia 30mns.

Notes: The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, desk and clothes cupboard and dumb valet; lounge with two couches, an easy chair, a coffee table, book shelves and a TV with full satellite service; the middle room has a kitchenette with breakfast table and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen of course has cutlery and crockery, cooking utensils, a little fridge, toaster oven and hotplates. The bedroom and lounge are air-conditioned. If you have a personal computer with an internet card you can use it throughout the apartment as we have a router.

exotic, quiet and charming

Why you should chose this apartment for your next visit in Israel:
A. the owners are friendly, generous and very heplful
B. its a quiet area - close by to Jaffa's port and other attractions.
C. beauty - the area is an exotic mix of new, old and renovated apartments and villas in Ottman, arabic and colonial architectural styles, very interesting to walk by and very photographic.
D. all major roads and highways are a 5-10 minutes drive away.
E. its close to Tel Aviv's beaches and very quickly you get that sunny, fun loving atmosphere Tel Aviv is known for.
F. "Pua" cafe, "Ali Caravan" humus, "Cordilia", "Noa Bistro" bar and more, a stunning array of restaurants, cafe, bakeries and what not.
G. The apartment is tidy, clean, colorful and well kept. It is not huge but a small family should nestled in quite comfortably.

in summary: the apartment is good and the location is Superb.
I highly reccommend. Tel aviv and Jaffa are especially tourist friendly and have many things to offer. Me and my husband enjoyed our staying very much.

Family vacation in Jaffa

We stayed at this apartment with our two very young boys. The apartment is clean and spacious. It didn’t feel crowded, and we could still have friends over for coffee. It has a great location: in a walking distance from a grocery store, a bakery, several local eateries (highly recommended! Check out the Hummus!), Old Jaffa and other tourist attractions, and public transportation. On street parking is also easy. We are definitely going to stay there again.

Beautiful Apartment in historic neighbourhood

Very well maintained and cozy apartment that houses 2 very comfortably but can also be used by up to 4. The landlord is helpful and friendly, the location is good.
We usually walked along the beach to Tel Aviv (but we like walking) but there's a busline within 5 minutes walking.
Oh, and don't forget the best Humus from Israel can be had just around the corner

Travel alone and feeling comfort and safety

It's great location for both world; is easy access to the new part of Jaffa (close to the beach/port) and to the old Jaffa. The owner was well manager; very helpful; and supportive; and hint a great places to visit, grocery -seafood; organic; restaurants, and etc.

If I did have any problem or concern; the owner was great comfort and helpful to give opinion and were to look or other choice to solve the issue.

The apartment is quiet and privacy; the owner call you in morning; and invite you for coffee or left alone; and also if their is anything they could help to start your day and any other question you have.

I'm felt like I was at home and found a new family to share the experience and life in Jaffa. When I arrived to the apartment; the owner gave a few starter; they stock you up with breakfast/coffee/tea; so you won't worry of starving yourself; when you arrived there late. The place is clean; great tour of the apartment.

Yes, I would recommend to my friends, family and myself would rent again.
