A charming property with 1.5 acres of land, and a 100 yard stroll to a shared beach with a dock on the crystal clear Balch lake. Plenty of yard space with spacious decks and cozy fireplaces. Fantastic for all ages and all kinds of activities. One of them is a trail that starts from bottom of our private hill. Great fishing, hunting 10 minutes away, boating, and ski mobiles etc. The are also lots of wonderful attractions in this historical town. This is a vacation not to miss.

Wolfboro and Lake Winnipesaukee 20 minutes east Storyland, Funtown/Splashtown, ice skate and cross-country ski right outside your door during the winter months and King Pine Ski Resort is 20 minutes north

Great Vacation

This was the perfect vacation house for our big family. The 2 minute walk to the private beach was prefect. The house was very clean. The deck was huge and the fire pit out back was perfect to end the day with. I would recommend this house to anyone and everyone.

disappointed with stay

We were very dissapointed with our stay. The very small beach was infested with very aggresive ants, making it even impossible to walk across. The house had visible molds areas downstairs and upstairs mostly in batrooms and bedrooms, and the smell of mold was powerfull. The house was not as clean as the owners thought. The hot water was also not turned on. We were told there was a boat and when we got there it was not in working order.We left early mainly because of the beach and mold and we were told by the owner that he would give us a partial refund, which we never received. The TV did not get any reception at all. Thefact that we were all together and firepit in the back yard was our only saving grace. We
