Less than 45 minute scenic drive to beautiful Yosemite National Park and Mono Lake (only 100 miles to Half Dome and El Capitan) or Bodie State Park ghost town! Just a short drive to June Mountain and only a few miles from Lake George, Lake Mary and Twin Lakes.
Newly constructed, immaculate, 2,100 square foot end unit is the ONLY stand alone (more private, much quieter and brighter) residence at Mammoth Gateway Village. It has been professionally decorated and fully furnished with the finest decor, furniture, electronics, home theatre system, iPod docking sound systems, video collection, bedding, washer/dryer, iron/board, gas fireplace, brand new propane BBQ grill, board games, and amenities for your complete and hassle-free vacation experience. You will enjoy the convenience of the gourmet kitchen, fully equipped with everything you could ask for. The finest linens and sundries are provided to make your stay complete.
There are three large bedrooms and two full baths. The large, private master suite is furnished with a luxurious King-size bed, balcony, TV/DVD, iPod docking station with cd player, and a full bath including a whirlpool jet tub. This room also includes a desk with high-speed wireless internet access and keyboard/mouse/monitor for use with your laptop.
A second spacious bedroom is equipped with a Queen-size bed and dresser along with iPod docking station.
The third bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, 2 dressers, a twin hide-a-mat and a private patio deck.
The leather Queen sleeper-sofa located in the family room provides additional sleeping. Family room has a big screen TV, amazing home theatre surround sound system, iPod dock, board games, videos, and gas fireplace.
There is also a private loft with a pullout bed, Flat Screen TV/DVD/CD/VCR and additional room for sleeping bags.
This residence will accommodate eight to ten people comfortably.
Private, attached two-car garage includes room for conveniently and safely storing all your skis, snowboards, mountain bikes, fishing gear, and golf clubs.

Well, we REALLY enjoyed our say in your Mammoth Home/Cabin!! It is in a wonderful location! But, I was most impressed with your attention to detail relating to your wall art, as well as the extreme supply of accessories that you have stocked throughout the home. Starting with the kitchen and baths, it was all very impressive.
At check in, the home was "as new". What a treat for EVERYTHING to be so clean and sparkling!
So you see that my three sons and I had a great time in Mammoth, while particularly enjoying fly-fiahing. By the way, our fishing was successful!!

Our family of 8 slept very comfortably in this beautiful home. There are many details that make the stay very comfortable. Lovely mountain art, generous toiletries including lip balm, lots of coffee choices and even a bottle of wine! We found the loft perfect for our newborn's pack n play. The TV is big and stocked with movies, and there are lots of board games to choose from. The kitchen is lovely and the large tub jets are great after a day in the snow. Wood floors and a nice fireplace. It is so close to the shuttle that will take you up to the village, the main lodge or down into town. A very nice place that feels like home.
Beautiful, well-appointed luxury home; I've stayed in many nice mountain homes, but this one can't be beat! Loved the wonderful kitchen, the spacious rooms and the private, yet convenient location. The home is very comfortable with every amenity you would require, high class finishes throughout the property. I hope to visit many times.
This was our second year staying in this immaculate town home. We love that it is seperated from the rest and stands alone. The home is beautifully decorated and provided many upgraded amenities. It is family friendly and comfortable for everyone. We enjoyed our stay as if were at a resort with the comforts of home. The location is close to town and the bus stop. We look forward to our next stay.
We stayed here for our kids Spring break earlier this year, and another family joined us. Four kids and four adults total. It was perfect for us Plenty of room to lounge around. Beautiful surroundings. The kids loved the bunk room. Nice and cozy. And a stone's throw from the shuttle to take you to the mountain. A great trip!
My family of 7 had all the comforts of home on our recent stay in Mammoth. Typically we have to deal with wall heaters and electric ranges....not with this home! This home is immaculate and modern. I highly recommend this for your future visits to Mammoth.
Our group had a great time using this townhome as our base camp for a long weekend. The property is exactly as pictured and everything was in great condition and in good working order. We did not have any problems at all. It is a bit of a walk up the hill to the Village, but an easy walk back downhill after dinner.
The owner contact was seamless, and I would definitely rent this property again.
