Affordable Family getaway. Spend your time hiking, golfing, kayaking, fishing or just relax on the balcony that has gorgeous mountain views. Mt. Snow is just minutes away offering many activities such as mountain biking, hiking, and scheduled activities / events. Adam's farm is nearby offering many activities for children and adults to include bonfires and hay rides.Wilmington center is 15 minutes away with shopping and restaurants. The house is on 2 acres and has four bedrooms with two bathrooms. One bathroom has large jacuzzi tub. The living room has a wood stove to keep you warm. We have TVs and DVD players for the young ones and bookshelves filled with books for your enjoyment. The outside deck and balcony has breathtaking views at an elevation of 2100 feet. Enjoy grilling outdoors with friends and family while taking in the great outdoors. Come see what Vermont has to offer!

  • If you require a linen service for your supplies they charge 115.00. You must let us know.
  • Spring, Summer, $175 per night, or weekly rate $550.,
    Columbus Weekend 3 night minimum
    Fall, Winter, $250 per night or three Nights for $595 or one week for $795 excluding Holidays.
    .Dec 20-27th is $2,000. Dec 27th-Jan3rd is $2,000. Feb 13th-19th $1500
  • There is a $500 deposit required to hold your dates. The deposit will then be used as a security deposit which will be returned when the house is inspected after you leave.

This property was wonderful. It was exactly what my family was looking for; far enough away from everything to enjoy all the peace & quiet, yet easy enough to get to everywhere we were looking to go.
We especially loved watching the sunset over the mountains every night.
