Our stunning villa is brand new (August 2004), situated less than 10 minutes from all Disney theme parks in Orlando. This fully air conditioned villa offers all the benefits of home and much, much, more. Comprising of 4 bedrooms including 2 master suites, 3 bathrooms, living room with formal dining table, large family room, breakfast room with breakfast bar and dining table, fully fitted kitchen,Gamesroom with table tennis, Pool table & air hockey, heated pool & spa (with removable baby security fence). Other luxuries include 5 TV's, 2 DVD's, video, Playstation 2 with games, good selection of DVD videos, CD stereo system, walk in wardrobes, ceiling fans,Corner style bath in master bathroom, all the usual appliances in the kitchen, water filter system, separate laundry room and plenty of things for kids to do. For guests with babies we have a crib/playpen & high chair available. For the golfers there is a full set of clubs and bag available for guests use (don't forget your golf balls)

The villa is situated off Highway 27, one mile north of the 192. This is the west side of Disney World (10 minutes away) and is much less congested than International Drive or the Downtown Kissimmee areas, however still within a very short drive of their amenities. There are many restaurants, shops, banks, and fast food outlets all within 1-5 minutes drive. These include Wal-Mart, Publix and Winn-Dixie (supermarkets), McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut and Chick-fil-a (fast food), with numerous local and branded restaurants featuring food from all over the world. There is a WalGreens (chemist/convenience) store at the entrance to the Glenbrook community. The I4 is only a matter of 10 mins away ther you can reach Tampa in approx 1 hour drive and all of Orlandos Major theme parks and attractions within 20-30Mins
