It is in walking distance to the Atlantic Ocean (across A1A), and is located in New Smyrna Beach Florida, which is only 10 minutes south of The Daytona 500, and one hour from Walt Disney World and all of the other attractions in Orlando. This location is Disney Worlds Beach of Choice, and is billed as the Worlds Safest Bathing Beach. The villa is completely furnished with every detail and convenience of a luxury home. This property boasts the following amenities: Beautiful appointments throughout including a fantastic master suite with a Jacuzzi, granite kitchen with porcelain tiles throughout, a washer and dryer, an attached 2 car garage, and a pool.

  • $1,000.00 Off Select Weeks Except Holiday Weeks
  • Email your dates to check availability. Once your dates have been confirmed you will be notified by email and we will place your dates on a two day hold and email you our rental agreement with instructions. Once we receive your payment you will receive an email confirmation. A $400.00 security deposit is required. After you check out if everything is in in order and nothing damaged and nothing missing you will have your deposit returned within 14 days. This is a non smoking and non pet property. If anyone has smoked or had pets then you will forfeit your deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cashier's Checks and Money Orders.
  • $175.00 Cleaning Fee
    12.5% Tax.

    One Week Minimum Stay Required.

We had a wonderful time. The establishment was well stocked with all beach toys and needs. Washer and dryer was PERFECT! Kitchen was fantastic and the location was ideal. Neighborhood was clean and location was wonderful.

Just a short block from the beach! Kids were able to swim comfortably---not crowded.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, People with Disabilities, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway, Families with Young Children, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing
