Whether you are looking for a family vacation or a romantic getaway, this totally remodeled home has it all. Just east of downtown Pensacola, Polynesian Isles is in a low crime area, with high income living. Your large screened private pool deck over looks a deep water canal with excellent fishing. You can watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening, or relax around the fireplace in the living room. This beautiful house also includes a full-size kitchen with appliances and dishes, a big-screen TV in the living area and master bedroom (TV's in all rooms), and large master bathroom with a garden tub. DVD players and PS2 included. If you have a boat you may dock it in the back yard. Don’t have your own boat? You can use my boat, which contains a live well, dry storage, and much more. Additional information about rental rates

  • Small pets OK with non-refundable pet fee ($30 night, or$150 weekly).
  • $500 Security Hold will be placed on credit card during occupancy – Refundable if no damage (can be billed to Visa/MasterCard)
    NO CLEANING FEES, All you pay is the nightly rate plus tax! Everyone else normally charges $100 for cleaning (read the fine print).



    11.5% tax on rental rate.

    Advance Deposit is ½ of rent for rental period or $500 (whichever is less) due at time of reservation.

    Cancellation - Must be in writing. (Greater than 90 days from rental = no penalties). (90 days or less = Every attempt shall be made to re-rent the home. If the home cannot be re-rented, your Advance Deposit will be forfeited. In the event cancellation is made two weeks or less prior to check in, entire amount of rent will be forfeited unless home can be re-rented).
  • You're paying as low as $143 per night, and that includes a 3 bedroom house, private pool, and a boat. Over 30% of our clients last year, booked with us again this year for their vacation

Due to the value of the house and boat, a refundable security deposit will be taken prior to occupying the vacation rental home. As with any boat, this boat is susceptible to normal maintenance & repair delays. Every effort will be made by the owner to have the boat ready for use by your estimated arrival date and time, and if maintenance is required on boat while you are staying at the house, we will do everything in our power to get the boat turned back to you ASAP!

My family (wife & daughter) and another family of 6 rented Mark's house over
spring break and I can say even with 5 kids and 4 adults, we all had our space.
The lanai and pool area were impeccable. I am an avid fisherman and had
included the boat in our rental, but i never even used it as we were just far
too relaxed and spent time doing just that.
Mark was attentive to our needs and we communicated via email often. He even
had a new grill delivered the Monday that we were there as the old one had seen
it's last flame.
The lone "knock" if there were one, is that we didn't know when trash was to be
picked up.
I am quite familiar with the "panhandle" region so navigation was a snap. You
have shopping close by for groceries (Hwy 98) and pensacola beach is but 10
short minutes away.
I highly recommend this property and would stay there again!

"Where do I begin? The house was AWESOME!!!! My wedding was great, but I have to say, letting us rent yur home left us speechless! We had the best time ever! Everythng was perfect...we were trying to figure out how we could just stay there and take care of it for you forever! We did some fishing everyday, got several fish......I just wanted to thank you for everything that you have
done. We look forward to coming back again. We were thinking Labor Day, but we figured you had that rented already - you should be very proud of your place!

Mark asked that we send you info about the house in Pensacola. All I can say was our trip was fantastic. The house was more than we expected and we could not felt anymore at home. The pictures do not do it justice and I will stay there again.

We had a great time at this very clean well maintained property.
The boat, pool and hot tube were a fantastic bonus for a vacation rental to have and we enjoyed every one of them. The property was located very close to all fast foods, a must for vacation; diet when you get home. I have recommended this property to several family members and friends and will rent it again.

We had a great time during the 2nd week in June at Marks house. We only had one issue with the power in the bathroom going out, and it was as simple as the circuit breaker being reset. My in-laws met us at the house, and there was plenty of space. The house is decorated beautifully, and we were able to stay connected with our online business with the internet access (wireless) as we enjoyed the fresh air around the pool. VERY RELAXING! I already inquired about booking for next year!
