Good location for Triple Play and Silverwood, not clean.

We spent a week at this home in early June. The property is not well-maintained, poorly stocked and not clean. It does offer a good location to Triple Play and Silverwood. Helpful to know that there are 90 stairs down to the dock, especially if traveling with kids or elderly. Would not recommend this property for the price you pay.
Owner's Response: Our house has new furniture, new carpeting and a property manager that maintains it. It has minimal use during the winter and was recently cleaned as we had a potential buyer looking at the property. I have a professional real estate agent that was at the house within the past 30 days and inspected it prior to the viewing. The client had access to my phone information as well as email and never contacted me about any issues until after they checked out. We live out of state but have local support and if there were any issues, would have immediately resolved them upon notification. We take great pride in our house and it is very comfortable, spacious, and peaceful. I did receive follow up e-mails about a lack of toilet paper, dishes in the dishwasher that had not been put away etc. However, the tenant was very polite and constructive with their input. I immediately contacted my property manager to review and resolve any issues and ensure they would not happen again. The weather during their stay was unfavorable. I contacted the owner to resolve the situation and offered to return their cleaning fee in its entirety to cover any inconvenience they may have had.
