One night non refundable deposit due upon reserving.
Balances are billed 7 days prior to arrival for all normal time periods, and 14 days prior to arrival for all special events, festivals and holidays. All payments are non-refundable.
We accept all major credit cards
Fees And Taxes 13% sales tax + $1.00 per night occupancy tax added to each rental.
Cleaning fees will apply only when units are left in abnormally dirty/messy conditions, and when linens or furnishings are marred, stained or damaged.
Rates and minimum stays vary greatly depending on season, holiday, festival or special event. Email with exact dates for proper rate quotes and minimum stay requirements. Summer Special rates run June 1 - Sept. 30, excluding July 4th and Labor Day Weekends, and NFL home games.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

The property was in a great location! However the staff was nowhere to be seen. Had to leave towels outside for new ones and no garbage collection. To clean in anyway would have been extra but nothing was available to do it ourselves. It would have been nice to see someone and have them ask if we needed anything.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway
Owner's Response: As noted we do not provide cleaning service. We do not enter units while they are occupied. Towels are exchanged by leaving them outside the door, and they are replenished daily. Garbage bins are located at the entrance to the building and are clearly marked. All apts are equipped with cleaning supplies, paper towels and vacuum cleaners. In addition we have an office located off the courtyard which is staffed 8 - 10 hours per day except sundays, as well we have a live in manager who actually resides on property. We also provide phone numbers to reach any of our staff direct.
