We are conveniently within walking distance to all the town favorites; shopping, restaurants, the pier, and your favorite coffee shop where you will find that a cup of Kona coffee will start every morning perfectly.
Our property offers a spectacular pool, barbecue area, and tropical gardens. We offer a master bedroom with a pillow-top King size bed and the living room accommodates additional sleeping for two with a comfortable pull-out queen sleeper. Both offer access to alarge lanai where you can enjoy dining in a tropical setting and watching the sun set. Fully-equipped kitchen and two full baths make this your home away from home.
We provide most everything; linens, beach towels, beach chairs, complete kitchen, cook-out supplies so you can enjoy the barbecue area adjacent to the pool. Even an ice chest for your adventures out on the Big Island. Your vacation home offers an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, two cable TVs, DVD, and VCR stereo with MP3 player hookup.

My husband and I have been coming to the Big Island of Hawaii for years and have always enjoyed the Kona side of the island. This is our home away from home as often as we can get to Hawaii from Virginia. We have done many improvements and take care of our home. We were tired of paying a lot of money to stay in place that was not taken care of and did not feel like home. Our unit tries to provide everything that you would want or need to have a fantastic experience. No pilly sheets and a clean and homey enviroment with all the amenties that make a vacation fun. The pictures are real and so are the reviews. With so much in the media about rental scams and altered photos... what you see is what you get.

We bought at Kona Pacific because of its convenient location. You can walk to town and walk to the beach in a matter of minutes yet it is far enough from town that you can enjoy the tranquil quiet setting that Kona Pacific offers. Our garden view setting with a peek at the ocean as the cruise ships sail by. We have a beautiful red plumeria outside the window along with our local Gecko that suns himself in the palm tree nearby.
Kona Pacific provides a very tidy, quiet and well maintained property. Nice swimming pool, outdoor BBQ and lovely outdoor dining area by the pool. Close to shopping and restuarants yet quiet.
We just had to let you know how beautiful we think your condo is with all the new changes! This is the first time we have seen it since then. We will surely enjoy it for the next few months.

Aloha Mikki....................Your condo made our visit to the Big Island, comfortable, relaxing and a lovely place to call 'home', for 9 days.. We started each day with breakfast on the Lanai, and ended each day with a cocktail on the Lanai, it was heaven ? We enjoyed exploring the island, snorkling, and walks along the beautiful Ali'i Dr. Every comfort was provided, including beach towels, a cooler chest, and even bandaids!
