You can easily walk to Park City ski resort, step out the back door and cross country ski, walk to full-service supermarket, ski/board rental shops, movie theaters, great restaurants, drug store, Starbucks, Cold Stone ice cream or fast food. Free bus/shuttle stop is steps away to go anywhere in Park City including historic Main Street, Deer Valley, The Canyons ski areas or the outlet stores in Kimball Junction. HD TV and High Speed internet access is also provided for your convenience.
A private indoor hot tub is available along with a new club house swimming pool and a large hot tub approximately 50 yards away! There are 2 parking spaces available, one covered and additional parking within 20 yards, if needed. A private washer and dryer is included.
Cancellation policy: full refund, less $100 handling fee upon 60 days notice prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs within 45 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

THE DOWNTOWN CENTRAL LOCATION IS CLOSE TO EVERYTHING! THE PARK CITY GOLF COURSE IS AN OPEN, QUIET SPACE WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEWS OF THE PARK CITY SKI RESORT AND MOUNTAINS. AS THE CONDO PICTURES ILLUSTRATE, IT IS A MODERN AND COMFORTABLE HOME AWAY FROM HOME TO ENJOY THE WINTER OR SUMMER ACTIVITIES!
This condo is exactly as pictured-- well maintained and appointed. We loved the kitchen area for gathering and cooking, and we also loved the ability to have a car to drive to the local restaurants (High West Distillery, Golden Hirshner, Grappa and Vinto). We skied Deer Valley every day and it is about a 6 minute drive. The layout is ideal for 2 smaller families traveling together (or one larger family). We were very happy. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact.
This condo is exceptional! Very clean, updated, and comfortable. The location is great with a Fresh Market grocery store just across the street as well as it being within walking distance to the base of the Park City Resort area for skiing. The free Park City bus shuttle picks you up just 50 yards from the front door of the condo and it services the ski area, the downtown area and more. We did not rent a vehicle and was able to get everywhere we wanted to be by walking and using the bus service.
All of the rooms and furnishings are clean and maintained very well. This condo has a hot tub and it is clean and very well maintained. It was a wonderful treat when you come in at the end of day from skiing. The view from the living room is amazing with a golf course fairway just outside and views of the Park City ski resort mountain right through the window or from the balcony just off of the master bedroom.
Also, the owner is very, very, nice, accommodating, professional, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is what was promised. We would most definitely stay here again. Thanks to the owner for making our stay an easy, no hassles vacation.
We had a great time in Park City and loved this condo. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the condo and were very comfortable. The location can't be beat - with a grocery store across the street and a short walk to the shops. The pool was also perfect for the warm summer days. The owner was very helpful and checked in to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly!
After visiting Park City annually for the past 10 years, this is without a doubt the best condo we have rented!! First off, the owners of the unit are very responsive and caring. Every detail was attended to.
The layout is great, especially the nice kitchen next to the den overlooking the golf course. My entire family are skiers so getting to the lifts is important to us. You can take a 5-10 minute walk, ride the free town bus or drive to the parking lot next to the lifts. It's painless to stay here and ski each day. The supermarket, A Fresh Market, is directly across the street and if you don't want to walk that far, just call The Grocery Girls and they will shop/deliver for you.
The unit is just as it is described with very nice amenities and decor. We have had a disaster or two with other units on VRBO, but the owner of this one is great! You won't go wrong.
This BEAUTIFUL condo was perfect for our family's summer vacation in Park City. It was SPOTLESS and SPACIOUS -- very comfortable for our party of six. The location is wonderfully convenient -- a short walk to the Park City Mountain Resort, and just steps away from the easy local shuttle system as well as grocery/coffee/movie rental/icre cream/sports equipment stores. The golf course setting provided lots of green space and climbing trees for the kids, and they used the pool every night. It was a pleasure to deal with the owner (communication was good, deposit was quickly returned), and we'll definitely try to stay here again whenever we return to Park City -- winter or summer!
