In addition to the private beach association which comes with 23 Seaview, Madison has 3 town beaches at West Wharf, East Wharf, and the Surf Club. Plus the largest Connecticut state beach park-Hammonasset Beach State Park (900+acres with 2 mile long beachfront) is 3 streets away and can be viewed from the front porch. Many past tenants brought bicycles, small sailboats, and fishing equipment for their visits. Ask about your favorite hobbies-I'll research the availability.
