Beautiful, comfortable, spacious two bedroom, two bathroom Condo on the third floor of The Cliffs in Princeville. Completely remodeled and upgraded (July 2008) with granite counters, hardwood floors, all new appliances, Hawaiian style furniture. New large screen 42 inch TV and WIFI. Two lanais with breathtaking views. The lanai off the living room has views of Bali Hai and the ocean. The lanai off the master bedroom has views of the mountains with waterfalls, sometimes up to 10 visible at one time. This Condo has everything you need to make your vacation perfect. Beach towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, coolers, books, movies, games and more. There is a putting green, tennis courts, children's play center with state of the art playground equipment, shuffleboard court, volleyball court, swimming pool and two spas, bike rentals, gas barbecues, great whale watching spots, outside cooking gazebo right on the cliffs, daily activities and an activity coordinator.

Within 10 minutes of many beautiful beaches including Hideaways, Annini, Hanalei Bay and Pu'u Poa at the base of the Princeville Resort.

Thank you for the use of your condo this past month (from Nov. 12th-18th). Angela and I enjoyed it immensely. The views were great and we got some excellent pictures of Kauai just from the condo and The Cliffs Resort themselves. The ammenities allowed in the condo made for a very relaxing, very comfortable honeymoon. Also, being able to use the pool and spas in the resort itself was a plus. The staff at the resort were very helpful and always so kind. Thank ya'll once again for the use of your condo, and we hope to be able to use it again the next time we go.

The condo was terrific and we had a great trip. After staying in your condo, we spent a week at Poipu in the Marriott. The other couple and we agreed that we enjoyed your condo more. Thanks again and we will likely be contacting you again in a couple of years for our next trip to Princeville.

Four couples vacationed at the Princeville Resort this spring. We rented two condos, one oceanfront and one with ocean and mountain views. We assumed we would spend all our time in the oceanfront condo but the reverse was true. About halfway through the ten days, we discovered everyone was much more comfortable in unit #109369. We breakfasted each morning on the east lanai, enjoying the rising sun and the spectacular mountain vista with its myriad of waterfalls. While there was nothing wrong with the other condo’s basic furnishings, unit #109369 was clean, fresh, beautifully decorated and appointed with all the little details that distinguish premium vacation accommodations. We enjoyed gourmet cooking, the entertainment system, and close proximity to the tennis courts, BBQ, putting green, pool and spa. The furnishings, right down to the linens and tea towels, were first-rate instead of the more utilitarian ones typically found in rental units. Thank you for a wonderful vacation. We will most certainly be back.
