Located within easy walking distance to the lifts at Peak 9 and the Snowflake lift to Peak 8, our one bedroom plus loft condo has all the comforts of home. You can relax after a day of skiing in front of our beautiful fireplace or head off to the hot tub and pool just a few steps from our parking lot. Winter or summer, you will enjoy the convenience of being close to it all. The enchanting resort town of Breckenridge is one block away and features fine shopping, great restaurants and exciting nightlife. Come stay with us for a truly unforgettable vacation.

Winter activities include downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, and snowmobiling. The historic town of Breckenridge is one block away with interesting shops, great restaurants and exciting nightlife. Summer activities include bicycling, hiking, rafting, golf, tennis and horseback riding all in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. World class fly fishing is available within an hours drive and several guide shops are located in the town of Breckenridge. A swimming pool and hot tub are conveniently located just steps away from our parking lot.

Ski: The Village at Breckenridge, Peak 9 is less than a five minute walk from our property. This base area has full facilities for ski rental, lessons, equipment purchase and restaurants. The Snowflake Lift which services Peak 8 is also approximately five minutes walk. This lift takes skiers to the ridge above Peak 8 where the skier can ski down to the base of Peak 8. Full facilities for ski rental, lessons, equipment and lodge are available there. Shuttle bus access is available at the end or our driveway for access to the new gondola which services Peak 7 and 8 from the main parking area in town. It is possible to reach this gondola on foot, but it will require a longer walk than to the Snowflake Lift to Peak 8, or the Village at Peak 9.
