This condo has convenient attached covered parking w plenty of guest parking. 2 spacious lanais, one directly on the water, the other in a stunning garden setting, enjoy the lg. BBQ and plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. You can fish right off your deck for a chance at catching dinner or step down to your private boat dock to paddle board.

Free Parking in the attached carport, convenient parking, no big parking lots to walk through or confusing condo complexes to figure out.

A short drive to beautiful snorkeling at Hanauma Bay or boogie boarding at Sandy Beach. Also a short drive to the excitement, shopping and restaurants of Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head and Kahala. Many restaurants and coffee shops are within a few minutes drive including Roys, Outback Steakhouse, Assagio (Italian), Phoenix (Chinese), Panda Express, the Shack-Sports Bar, Cha Cha Chas Mexica, L&L, sushi, Starbucks, Island Brew and a number of small ethnic eat-ins or carry-outs to name a few. Safeway, Costco, Longs Drugstore are a block away.

You are sure to enjoy the resident ducks that are frequent visitors to the dock looking to entertain you while you are enjoying breakfast or an evening drink on the lanai. Large gas BBQ and plenty of outdoor furniture. Decorated in a contemporary Hawaiian whimsical, fun and relaxing style this town home has been recently remodeled with tile and furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen with a new stainless side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, stove and microwave will allow you to cook at your leisure or prepare pupu's (appetizer) for the end of the day. Master Bedroom Guest Room Living Room Parking: The master bedroom is decorated in a contemporary island motif has a cal-king size bed and a flat screen TV with a private ensuite bathroom. The living room is equipped with a 42' wide-screen TV with DVD, Stereo, CD Player and a wine cooler. Cable stations are available including HBO.

The guest bedroom is also decorated in island motif has a queen bed, flat screen TV, with a separate private bath conveniently located right next to it.

There is only sleeping for 4. A cal-king and a queen bed. Arrangements are best suited for two couples or a couple and 1 or 2 younger children.

The unit also has a carport that is attached for free covered parking and plenty of guest parking across from the unit.

We've had a great stay at your Hawaii Kai condo for the past month. The location is fabulous with beautiful sunrises most days. We enjoyed having an early morning coffee on the lanai with regular visits by huge fish & even a manta ray! We find the place comfortable.

Absolutely incredible!

My husband and I spent an entire month in your lovely townhome on Kuapa Isle. You mentioned that you had just finished remodeling it. What a beautiful home! We loved the location as Hawaii Kai is our favorite place on Oahu. We spent many peaceful hours out on the deck looking at the incredible view of Koko Crater and enjoying the everchanging water view. There were paddle boarders and kayaks going by, amazing fish and birds to see, even a rainbow over Koko Crater one day - what a delight! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us, Jane. We will definitely come back and stay again as it's only a few minutes away from where our son lives in Hawaii Kai. Thanks to Diane also for always being there for us. Diane is such a wonderful gal and the best property manager in Hawaii Kai! We can say that from experience as she managed one of our own properties in Hawaii Kai for about five years.

Fantastic Hawaii Kai Marina Experience !

We stayed a wonderful month (far too short a period of time!) in this fantastic Hawaii Kai marina home with great serene view of Koko Head. Such a lovely setting on the desirable wide portion of the marina with excellent breezes that made the use of the master bedroom air conditioning system unnecessary. We spent so much time enjoying morning coffee, cocktails, and meals on the wide & deep waterfront lanai deck just off the living room, with convenient kitchen pass-through window. Very attractively decorated residence, well-maintained in all respects, with beautiful artwork in every room. Jane was a professional delight to work with, and provided us expert guidance on every detail possible. We cannot wait to return within the next few months !
