Welcome to the Funky Monkey! September and October are ON SALE - $1300 a week + cleaning fee ($250) + sales tax!! Our home in Seacrest Beach North features FIVE bedrooms and FOUR baths. The backyard is the community of Rosemary Beach! Our home is ready for lots of fun, family memories!! Our neighborhood offers a tram service to take you to the beach or to our 12,000sq. ft. pool! Just call the tram number, and they will be at your front door! If walking is your thing, you can also take a 6-7 minute stroll to our neighborhood's beach access or a 4 -5 minute walk to the famous pool! :) Our home backs up to the community of Rosemary Beach, so we often find ourselves riding our bikes over to Rosemary to enjoy their restaurants. Our home is less than a one minute walk to the Villages of Seacrest where you'll find a few cute shops, the restaurant 30-A Chops, and the new interactive fountain!! :) We are a non-smoking home. We rent to families/adults over the age of 27.
