Located on 3rd floor, the top floor, for the best ocean views and most quiet units! This is Hawaii the way it used to be! On Molokai you can enjoy the pristine outdoors and the serene beauty of this most Hawaiian of Islands. Then come back to all of all the comforts of home in a premium ocean view condo. Completely remodeled it offers such amenities as free WiFi, many cable TV stations, video library and 2 tvs. Watch the whales, in season, from the comfort of your own private lanai and pub height furniture!. Living rm has a lg comfortable leather sectional sofa equipped w 40' Flat Screen TV, a 2nd Flat screen TV in bedroom, DVD Player, CD Player w AM/FM Radio. Other features, 2 separate built in desks so you can find a place to spread out. The bath has a lg. shower w a rain-head and a built-in hair dryer. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances: dishwasher, microwave, gas range, refrig w ice + water in door, and a full assortment of cookware and gadgets.

Living Room: The large leather sectional sleeper sofa has two loungers for reclining while watching your favorite movie or TV show or just looking out towards the ocean and W. Maui. Enjoy the whales during whale season which are most active during Jan. - March. Views are just not from the lanai. They can be seen from the main living areas.

Resort Location and General Island Information: You will enjoy this ocean front complex located just 13 miles East of Kaunakakai and its tropical grounds and oceanfront pool and cabana. There are BBQ grills in the pool area and the resort even has two tennis courts. The North Coast of Molokai has the highest sea cliffs in the world and offers great hiking, snorkeling, diving, wind surfing or just plain relaxing in the tropical tradewinds that grace our beautiful Island State throughout most of the year.

Views : From the pub height comfy table and chairs the lanai (patio) area of this third floor (Top Floor) condo will delight you with the views of W. Maui and the blue Pacific waters with whales journeying by when in season. On a clear day you can even see the Island of Lanai + Kahoolave along with W. Maui. You will also enjoy the cool breezes as you look out over the grounds and the Pacific Ocean. Civilization will seem to melt away as you become one with the 'Aina' (land).

Excellent, by far the best accomodation we had on the Hawaiian islands

We had an excellent time in this luxurious condo. It's quiet, has a magnificent sea view (including bypassing whales), is perfectly equipped and has a nice garden with sunbeds at the sea. Just perfect!

Serene environment, well equipped, comfortable unit, gorgeous views.

I really enjoyed staying in this comfortable, well-equipped condo. It was quiet, convenient, surrounded by a lovely garden. Lawn chairs at the water's edge. Very peaceful. Gorgeous mountains behind the place. It was challenging to drag my luggage up three flights of stairs, but once there, it was a pleasure to be on the top floor. Great for people who like to cook. The other residents and visitors I bumped into were very friendly and warm. The owner was helpful and prompt answering questions related to her rental.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Very Good Accommodation

We stayed in C306 for 4 nights last week and it was a very good accommodation. The only issue was the roosters that would start crowing around 4 in the morning but can't really fault anyone but the rooster for that. People in the complex were very nice. Had good whale viewings. No beach equipment but we had lousy weather so only went to the beach one day anyway. All in all, worth the money.

Best Location for Whale Watching

The location of C-306 was preferable to both A and B buildings. We feel that the third floor is the best for whale watching, enjoying the lovely gardens, and not having tenants above us.
>> We chose Molokai for its laid back rural atmosphere. We had visited Molokai in 2011 and knew what to expect. We came for the warm days and nights, and that's exactly what we had. The nice teak furniture on the lanai was comfortable for sipping our coffee and watching the sunrise over Maui as well as whale watching. Your selection of the leather sectional was really nice too. The unit was very modern and the bed was comfortable. Everything was nice and the kitchen had anything we needed.
