The Aspen Leaf House is a beautifully decorated, newly constructed home just minutes from the world-class slopes of Breckenridge Resort. There are incredible views from every room and every window of our home.

COMPLEMENTARY SKIING & GOLF are included with the rental of our house. Guests are elegible for complementary SKIING at Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and A. Basin PLUS Vail and Beaver Creek and GOLF at Breckenridge Golf Course, Copper Golf Course & Keystone Ranch Golf Course.

Other activities: Downhill Skiing/Snowboarding, Snowshoeing, Sleigh Rides, Dog Sledding, Ice Skating, Spas, Restaurants (from sushi to fondue, pizza to Chinese), & that's just during the winter, During the summer enjoy Biking, Whitewater Rafting, Concerts, Festivals & so much more!

To expand upon the amenities listed below:

*There is an ample kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave. You can simmer the soup on the island, ceramic, cook top while enjoying the magnificent views from the kitchen windows.

*Floors in the main living area are either wood or tile. Bedrooms are either carpet or wood.

*Heat is radiant floor heat so even the bathroom tiles are warm to the feet.

*The attached garage is heated and provides plenty of storage for all your outdoor gear.

*There is a large screen TV with built-in, surround-sound system, outdoor speakers (on the hot tub deck), CD, and DVD.

*The fireplace is gas, so it is cozy yet easy to enjoy.

*All linens and towels provided, and even plush robes to slip into after a relaxing soak in the tub.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful mountain home with us again. This is our 3rd time at Aspen Leaf House & it is always as wonderful as we remembered. We love the remodeled kitchen. It was such a pleasure to cook in.
We brought some friends with us this time & they truly loved it and had the time of their lives !!
The rest & relaxation was much needed to re-charge our batteries.
Thank you for the welcome gift & the chilled wine and cheese. It was a welcome pleasure after our drive up from Oklahoma. Once again the ski passes and parking passes were a huge plus!!! These were put to good use!
We are looking forward to many more wonderful visits at Aspen Leaf House

The Aspen Leaf house was awesome!!!

The Aspen Leaf house was awesome!!! Thank you for sharing it with us. We enjoyed every amenities and aspect it had to offer. We skied 6 resorts in 5 days so needless to say the ski passes come in handy, as well as the city market card and gondola passes. Vail and Brole were our favs.! We hope to be back again someday as our yearly triptakes us different places. The kitchen and hot tube were put to good use too.
