Perfect For A Large Family!

We took our family to Tahoe for the Fourth of July holiday!!! These owners are incredibly friendly, making you to "feel welcome" from the first contact. The house was perfect for the twelve of us. Comfortable beds, very clean and well stocked with linens, etc. The owners have thought of everything......dishes, linens, glasses, small appliances, etc. They have provided a perfect setup...just bring your food!!!!
Be prepared for the stairs.......some going up to the house, and the stairs separating the upstairs (main living area with kitchen and two bedrooms) and the downstairs additional family room and three of the bedrooms. But no problems....great mornings sitting on the upper deck with the kids watching the birds and squirrels, etc. Three queen bedrooms perfect for adult and the two twin rooms are great for the kids.
Just outside South Lake Tahoe, quiet area, in the beautiful trees. Enjoyed this "home away from home" very much with our sons, daughter-in-laws and six grandchildren.
Suggestion: If you have "little ones", our twin grandsons are 22 months old.....my daughter in law took the little folding enclosure used for babies and toddlers and we stretched it out flat across the entrance to the stairs in the upstairs living area as a barrier and had no problem making sure the boys didn't take a tumble down the stairs.
Market at the "Y" (Raleys), has absolutely everything. much like a Von's or Albertson's. Take the "duck" tour!!! Kids love it (1/2 land, 1/2 lake).
Thanks for a great five day weekend.....fireworks on the lake are incredible!!!
I would've rated this as Excellent if there had been a "lakeview"!!!!
