This is a newly remodeled and luxuriously furnished beachfront apartment, in one of the most beautiful beaches of Puerto Rico. This high-rise apartment has a spectacular view of the ocean, rain forest and the mountains. The complex is located approximately 30 miles from the airport. It features gated access, private parking, 24 hour Guard service, swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court and private access to the beach. A short walking distance from the complex, you will find fast food businesses like McDonalds, KFC, Taco Bell, chinese restaurant, supermarket, 24 hour Walgreens, restaurants and lounges. Approximately 10 minutes drive east or west of the property, you can find El Conquistador Casino resort and golf course, and the Westin Rio Mar resorts with casinos, golf course and night life.

The apartment was very comfortable, attractively furnished and the oceanfront view and sound of the waves were therapeutic! In addition, Jimmy was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Despite the many days of rain during our stay, my husband and I had a great and relaxing time and would rent this condo again! Thank you, Jimmy, for all your help and "tips" on where to find restaurants, ATM machines, the grocery store and the night sports in the area!

Just returned from two weeks at this condo. Wanted to relax & I did just that. Beach was only steps away, nice warm pool, and everything you need in the apartment. Plenty of places to eat in the area. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend it.

This was my family's first visit to Luquillo and we really liked it - the beach is beautiful and just a short walk across the condo recreation area to get your feet into the sand. Luquillo is nicely situated between San Juan and Fajardo where you can catch the ferry to Culebra or Vieques for day trips and a short drive to El Yunque.

The condo itself was comfortable and stocked with most items needed for an extended stay. A couple of items in the Amenities List were not actually in the flat so it may be best to contact the owner prior to arrival to verify the presence of any items you consider critical. The flat is in good condition, amply decorated and has good quality furnishings.

We traveled with only one child but this flat would accommodate more. This is a corner unit on the 13th floor providing awesome views in several directions and a nice breeze flowing through the living space when desired.

The owner and the local person who represents him were readily available to answer questions and the transaction itself went smoothly with clear and prompt communication. I'd love to stay in this unit again some time.

We rented this condo from April 7th to April 14th 2007 and had an incredible time. The condo was all that was mentioned. We had a awesome view, it was clean and the whole complex was great for our children. This was our firt time renting online and Jimmy and Maria were great to work with.
