A clean and wholesome home with a sunroom, extensive decking, and two master bedrooms, you will enjoy it for sunning, quiet reading or group socializing.

A year-round house with two-zone air conditioning and heat, it also has a free-standing wood-burning fireplace. Not only is this a great location for the hot summer months, it is also warm and comfy in the transitional months and winter. Spectacular Vacation

A spectacular vacation at a fantastic place! Thanks ofor a week of hot sun, big surf, and family togetherness.

Places we went to and recommend to all guests:
_ Fractured Prune for custom hamemade donuts
- Ledo pizza. Yum --get the white pizza
- Blue Crab for the crabfest
- Smitty Magee's for wings and margaritas
- Fisher's Popcorn for out-of-this world kettle caramel corn.

We loved it and hope to come back.

Truly a delightful home! We enjoyed the dock, the beach and the deck. Yur homebecame our home for 3 days and it was a wonderful vacation for all. Thanks for making out family getaway a reality.

Don, It was a "deligh" house! We all had fun. I will miss this huse. This was our 1st time in Delaware. We usually went to the Outer Banks in NC. But it was great here! I hope we come back here. Jacob M, Age 11.

D'Light house lived up to its name!

Clean, comfortable, not perfect, but a great rental for large or extended families with pets. I'm not a pet owner, but others in my group needed a pet-friendly house, and though I was apprehensive about it, this house was in great shape. Highly recommended for pet owners who want to relax at Fenwick Island with their dogs. It's a nice walk to the beach, the lagoon in the back can access the bay easily, and there are tree levels of living space to help everyone spread out a bit at the end of the day. The owner is easily accessible (lives nearby) and clearly cares about his home and his renters.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
