We love this property for so many reasons! One of the best experiences 202 Ontario has to offer is sitting in the fourth floor deck hot tub and taking in the breathtaking views of Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, and Main Street; experience this and there is no doubt this Old Town house is exceptional. The location is ideal… few minutes’ drive to the ski resorts and walk to Main Street or to the free town shuttle transit center.

What makes this house unique

Many vacationers think staying at the resorts, maybe even ski in/out, is the best way to go. As a Park City local for over 10 years, I can promise you that staying in Old Town is the place to be. We have 3 ski resorts to enjoy in Park City, 9 ski resorts in the state of Utah and they are all setup for you to drive, park and ski. However, everybody goes into Old Town at night, because that's where all the restaurants, shops and bars are located. You'll laugh at everyone scrambling in their cars trying to find a place to park, as you walk down and back to Main Street from your house.

DEPOSITS: A credit card deposit is required to hold the reservation. This credit card information will be held as a security depost and only charged if there is damage or loss to the house.

PAYMENTS: Full payment will be charged to the credit card 30 days prior to arrival.
Fees And Taxes TAX & FEE: An Additional $160 cleaning fee, 11% Utah sales tax, and a 3% transaction fee will be included in your final payment.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME: Check-in time is after 3:00 pm on arrival day. Check-out time is before 11:00 am on departure day.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival date will be refunded but will incur a $100 handling fee. Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival date will forfeit entire payment unless dates are resold, when payment will be refunded minus a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made for late check-in or early departure, unless previously arranged.

We really enjoyed this property when we stayed New Year's Week. It was extremely easy to get to, and also close to everything; even walking distance to Downtown and all of the restaraunts and shops. Bo was super easy to work with and everything was just as it was described. The house is amazing and very comfortable and relaxing. The hot tub has a view like no other--really enjoyed our time there. We are looking very hard at how to get back there soon!!

This place is exceptional! Close to everything and within walking distance to the slopes. We had a party of 8 and everyone was overwhelmed by how this is a perfect getaway for skiing/snowboarding. Loved it

Great place to stay - Great people to rent from

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It is a beautiful home with a lot of amenities. We would highly recommend this to anyone. The location was perfect, walking distance to the town, and the home is easy to get to. We had a slight issue with the internet so I called Bo. WIthing 5 minutes he was there and stayed until he corrected it. He is a very nice guy and a pleasure to work with.

We will stay at this same property every time we visit Park City.

Wonderful Ski Chalet in the middle of Park City

Fantastic ski chalet! Lots of room to spread out, and love that the kids have their own private hide away downstairs, so the adults can enjoy peace and quiet! The views throughout the house are incredible, with a panoramic view over downtown Park City with the mountains in the background. The view from the roof patio hot tub is especially spectacular! Loved soaking in it after long day skiing.

Very nice furnishings (sort of mountain rustic) and amenities throughout, kitchen is stocked with everything. Almost like being at home!

We also loved how close the house is to all the Park City action - 5 minute walk to Main Street and all of the great Park City restaurants and bars, and 7 minute walk to the bus station, where we could catch a shuttle to any of the ski areas. We brought a car, but ultimately didn't need it much and it sat in the garage.
