This Scottsdale, Arizona home is located in the gated golf course community of Pinnacle Canyon in Troon North, home to Arizona's No.1 and No. 2 rated Daily Fee Golf Courses. It was completed in October 2000 and the area has stunning desert views of the TROON North rocky outcrops and Troon Pinnacle Golf Course. Scottsdale borders the east side of Phoenix and continues north for nearly 25 miles (40 kilometers). Famed for its climate, fabulous recreation, superlative dining and shopping, this desert resort community also offers visitors the romance and adventure of the wide open Sonoran Desert. The home was selected by Homeaway as the Staff Pick of the Month 3/08. Great Home in North Troon Area, Scottsdale!

My husband, baby, and myself and our friends stayed at this wonderful home in September 2007. We had a great time. The home was equipped with all of our infant needs. We brought our own play pen (also one in the home), but we were really happy to see the high chair.

The house is in a great neighborhood, central to golfing and restaurants. The pool was a wonderful place to introduce our 9 month old to the water! The owner has a ton of water toys for adults and kids (we brought one for the baby). The putting green in was just great. We went to golf afterall! Sit in the hot tub in the evening! The patio and pool area are a great additional living space.

The owner, Matt, had a wonderful book of local restaurants, attractions, shopping to help us get around. Matt was really personable and gladly helped us with all of our questions. We never stayed in a vacation rental before and this was a great first experience!

Clean House ! Pool is perfect ! Golf at Troon North is a must ! A day trip to Sedona is a must !

Perfect size with the right amenities. Owner is a class act !

Perfect for kids and has all the gear for babies as well ... wish we were still there to cool off in the pool.

Fabulous Home for Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at this resort-style home in July, 2008 for 1 week. This was my first vacation rental as I have small children and have always stayed @ upscale reorts. I was Pleasantly surprised and pleased with my stay at this Resort-Style Home!

The amentities accomodated all of our needs, from kitchen applances, basis condiments, and things to accomodate families traveling with young children - (ie Highchair, Pool Toys, Child Locks on Sliding Glass Door, Crib, etc.) I couldn't have asked for anything more to make my vacation any easier!!!!!

The owners were easily reachable via phone and the home was EXTREMELY clean and organized (which made our family feel right at home). Excellent view of Troon North Golf Course and located within a pleasant, gated community.

Downtown Scottsdale was about a 15 minuite drive from the house, but there are many area restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping nearby.

Thanks Matt & Debbie for having us - we enjoyed ourselves and will consider returning to your home on our next trip!

This was a lovely, comfortable and well equipped home in a beautifully maintained and quiet neighbourhood. It was easy to navigate to the golf courses, shops and locations that we wanted to visit whie we were there. There was plenty of information about the area, provided by the owner. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings when it cooled off significantly. Pinnacle Peak Park was close by for a hike up the mountain. It was easy to go for a morning run in the neighborhood. We saw plenty of wildlife. This home and neighborhood made for a very stress free holiday.
