We are very popular with the winter snow bird crowd, but don't want to it to sit empty all summer. So we have slashed our summer rate to $750 from $1000. It is perfect for your stay in the Phoenix area, whether it's to relax in the warm, sunny winters, or for business or other reasons the rest of the year. This 2 BR, 2 BA, 2 floor unit is about 1000 sq. ft. It is close to major freeways 60 and 101. With access to both, you can reach any location in the greater Phoenix area or beyond quickly. This 2 floor unit features the master suite downstairs with the second suite upstairs as a loft. This allows for a very spacious living area. There is a nice pool and hot tub conveniently close to the unit. It is beautifully furnished and set up all ready for your arrival with just your suitcases. It sleeps four and includes a nice stereo, dish network television package and wireless Internet.

    Security deposit of $750 is required. $650 will be returned with no damage. $100 is kept for cleaning.

    All utilities included in winter months. May 1 - Oct 31, renter pays electric bill. (could be about $200 in middle of summer). Stay at least 3 months and get a 10% discount per month.
