First, let me say, that all the interactions I had with the Klein's were smooth, friendly and professional. They are very focused on their guest's total vacationing experience. Thank you David for all of your help!!!
My family of 5 vacationed at the Barefoot Yacht Club from 8/15-8/22. The condominium was beautiful and tastefully decorated even more than what the pictures show. The listing is extremely accurate. The condo is the most spacious condo, I've ever stayed in, with 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms. For a family of 5, it was much more space than we needed, but my family likes a lot of space and the feeling and comforts of home when we travel. The unit had a huge living and dining area. A well-equipped kitchen, that had more than enough dinner settings, flatware, glasses, pot and pans (you name it). A breakfast bar. Closet space galore between the room closets, hallway closet, pantry, etc. It also has an in unit washer and dryer, which was great! The unit was on the 8th floor and had a beautiful view of the marina, Barefoot Landing and the main resort pool. There are balconies off of the master bedroom, the living area, and the second bedroom off of the living area.
Cleanliness: Fantastic!
Beds/Bedding: Very comfortable beds. The bedding was light and provided just enough comfort at night. If you're like me and need an additional layer to keep you warm, there are additional blankets in every room.
Towels and Upfront Amenities: More than enough towels and washcloths in the bathrooms and a dish cloth and dish towel in the kitchen. They provided start up dishwashing detergent, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, soaps and lotions.
Water Pressure: Awesome!!!
A/C: A very smart layout. There are 4 separate A/C controls (primarily to control each lock-out unit). It gave us the option to individually control each area of the unit.
Safety/Security: I didn't see security guards and the resort entrance wasn't gated, but at no point, day or night, did we feel the need to have security. The resort is very comfortable and laid back.
Guests: A nice mixture of couples and families.
Pool: The pool is huge!!! No matter how many people are in the pool area, it never seem overcrowded and you could always find a lounger or table. There is no life-guard at the pool, but the deepest it gets is 4 feet, so there really isn't a need for one.
Grounds: Well manicured.
Area: Full of activities!
