  • Waterside Vacation Rentals require a 7 night minimum stay as set forth by the Bylaws of the HOA.
  • Refundable Security Deposit Fee of $500.00 is required to book and hold the reservation. Security deposit is refunded within 5 business days after check out! Check in time is 4:00pm on day of arrival and check out time is by 11:00 am on day of departure. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date. Visa and Mastercard gladly accepted. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date and a $100.00 cancellation fee is charged.

Excellant location, only 45 minutes to Glacier Park, right next to Flathead Lake, eating places close by, and all the comforts at home in your Condo. Whirlpool right out the back door and gorgious veiws of Lake and Mission Mountains. We would stay again in a heartbeat. This location in our opinoin is heaven on earth. The Condo itself is very comfortable with all modern conveineinces. Great decor, and best of all the weather was perfect the whole time we were there. Everyday the Mountains and Lakes gave you a different look even at diffrent times of the day. Everyone in the area were very freindly and even the workers around the Condo were very helpfull and friendly.
