New Lodge located in beautiful Ellijay, Georgia, it is a scenic 90 minute drive from the Atlanta area. This cabin has fantastic views of Mountaintown Creek from every window. The river is so clean and crystal clear that you can see the Rainbow Trout swim right up to the rocky shore.
Luxury accommodations include Two Master Suites with private decks, one with a stacked stone outdoor fireplace and the other with a cozy swing for two. In the Terrace Level you’ll have a plush Queen bed with an amazing view of the river. The Large Kids Room has three sets of bunk beds and connects directly to the game room (Foosball, 7 Person Hot Tub). Upstairs in the loft are two Queen sized deluxe futons. At night, pop in a DVD and enjoy a movie on the 42' Big-Screen TV and six-speaker surround sound.
There are amenities galore including three outdoor pools, tennis courts, weight room, indoor pool, and 24/7 gated security. Easy access driving and parking!!!
Popular Fish Caught: Rainbow, brown, and brook Trout, largemouth and small mouth bass, bream, catfish, crappie, perch, walleye, pike, strippers, white bass, hybrid bass are among the most popular fish caught. This river has recently been stocked and the fish are jumping!!!
Tubing, Kayaks and Canoes: With the house located directly on the river, it makes for easy access to many water sports. You can put your choice of floatable in at the bridge about half mile up stream and enjoy a nice hour on the river and arrive right in your front yard. Or you can catch up with “Miss Piggy” the community bus that will provide you with a tube and pick you up at the landing after about a two hour float.
