Private, 2 1/2 acre setting in a very convenient location, 3 minutes from the best slope in the Catskills. Located on almost 3 acres, on a rise with direct view of the mountain range and an oblique view of the slopes. Sleds and sledding for the kids on the property. Natural pine living and dining area with wood stove, newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen. 3 redecorated bedrooms with plenty of linens, basement with appox. 20 x 20 paneled recreation room with books, games, computer (high speed Internet) and TV. Washer and dryer in separate area. Central Heating. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and skiing. Mountain biking, snow mobiles, 4x4s, ice skating, cross country skiing, beautiful hiking within a mile or two. Kayaking is available when the lake is not frozen. This is a wonderful family home used by owners when it is not rented. A great family home. Wide screen HDTV may be available.

Hunter, NY: Snow/ Ski guarantee............ If the weather forecast or slope conditions makes skiing poor the reservation may be rescheduled for alternate weekend which is open for booking. The owner must be notified within 24 hours of check-in, and cancellation must be based on the forecast current at the time of cancellation. Holiday weekends may be excluded as alternate dates.

Snow/Ski guarantee (ask for details): The dates for the rental can be changed without penalty up to 48 hours prior to check-in in the event that weather forecast is poor for skiing. The deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to the alternate date which is chosen from available dates by the renter
