This charming 2BR waterfront cottage with a private beach is located in the heart of Provincetown, within easy walking distance to all the restaurants and galleries in either the East or West End of town. It truly is a hidden gem that has to be experienced. You can see the spectacular saffron sunrise over the harbor or go kayaking at sunset and see the spires of Provincetown bathed in glorious cape light. With bikes you can explore the trails of the National Seashore, and the wonderful beaches stretching from Herring Cove to Race Point. You can also just hang out at the cottage and enjoy the bay view from your own private deck or beach, sipping a cool cocktail! Whether you are a nature lover or love to dance, this is the place for you! The maximum capacity for this condo is 2-3 individuals and is unsuitable for children. Check in after 2pm and check out before 10am.

Additional information about rental rates

  • $500 security deposit must be paid with final payment or entry prohibited & deposit forfeited.
  • 50% rental is required at time of reservation to hold reservation and is refundable up to 1 month before rental date. If reservation canceled then $100 will be deducted for administrative costs. The deposit is non-refundable after this time and the remaining 50% with additional $500 security deposit will be required by certified/banker's check at least 1 MONTH before rental date.The $500 security deposit to be returned WITHIN 10 DAYS of departure contingent upon satisfactory inspection at time of departure. If these conditions are not met then RENTER WILL FORFEIT DEPOSIT AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTRY INTO UNIT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Thanks!

Notes: This is a charming beachfront cottage that is in the historic district of Provincetown. The location is magnificent and the views are spectacular. It is located in the heart of town. Once you have arrived, unloaded, and parked your car, you will probably not need the car again. You can walk or bike to anywhere in town. Enjoy all the gorgeous beaches and the National seashore. Bike and kayak rentals are easily located within walking distance of the condo. The kitchen is fully functional. Eating al fresco on the deck is a delight from breakfast to a romantic dinner at night. All restaurants are within easy walking distance, along with the health food store! You will never need to worry about drinking and driving, as the clubs are all located within walking distance, too!

Explore the harbour and ocean in the best way possible. Always wear a life jacket and be safe!!! Bike and kayak rentals easily available within walking distance of condo on Commercial Street.

Biking & Walking: Provincetown is filled with wonderful walks and bike trails. Please always wear a helmet and be cautious on commercial streets. You must have eyes in the back of your head and on the sides too! Bike rentals are available within walking distance of condo.

Al Fresco Dining: Nothing beats dining on your own deck, under the red umbrella, while staring at the ocean – it’s so relaxing! You can cook or get a takeout, then just sit back or lounge and enjoy the view.

Arise to an Endless Sunrise

This is my 3rd year renting this charming condo in the heart of town. As an annual visitor to Provinceton for 19 years, I have stayed in a number of B&Bs and condos. The magic of this condo is its situation; it is nestled between Commercial Street in the East End and the P-Town Harbor. It possesses the BEST view of the sunrise over Truro that illuminates through the entire condo. Although the condo is just steps away from bustling Commercial Street, it is like a secret garden that opens up to a quiet, secluded oasis with access right to the harbor beach - a great place for us to watch the annual 4th of July fireworks!. There is sun-lounging on the private upper deck. This is also a perfect place to read a book, paint a picture, or share drinks with friends. The outdoor grille and patio table allow for easy dinner parties al fresco. The condo, once a local fishing shack, still retains its local charm with a large open living space, a small but very functional kitchen, and two bedrooms. For a sense of real Cape Cod life, this condo provides a rustic, cozy, and authentic setting.
Owner's Response: It is always special to have renters who appreciate the natural beauty of the Cape and the special location of our little beach shack that enables visitors to experience the sea, cape light and town activities with minimal effort - a true vacation! We hope that you too will come back for repeat visits just like C!

Our condo is not for everyone, but if you really want to experience a little bit of historic and charming P'town life and love to be right on the water with your own private beach framed by gorgeous beach roses, then this is certainly a place you should consider!

Great Condo, Great Views, Great Friends

I highly recommend this condo. Well appointed with very interesting art and decor. I have been here several times. The views are truly spectacular. As I write, the sun is coming up across the water. This is a great place to entertain or just relax on the deck overlooking PTown harbor.

Totally enjoyed our stay. Located on the bay with a great deck and comfortable living room, this 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. Kitchen appeared well-stocked, and gas grill was available on our deck...though we chose to eat our meals in some great nearby restaurants (Cafe Heaven, Edwige, Front Street to name a few ). Bike rentals right next door. TV, DVD, Wireless included.
Owners were very accomodating, welcoming us on our arrival to show us the place and help with our bags.
We would defintely stay there again, and would recommend the condo to our friends.
