Relax and enjoy this lake front home with your friends, corporate gathering, or family with all the fun of lake living pleasure. This is a relaxed, yet tastefully sophisticated, resort-like place that is not suitable for a wild brew-haw. There is a short drive from the highway, yet the location feels far from the maddening crowd. Lake Norman in your own back yard!!! This .83 acre site offers 207 lineal feet of shore line with a beautiful tree canopy that nestles you in securely, yet permits the settling lake views to resound throughout the home. The side yard invites other recreational activities, or perhaps a tent to pitch!! We are working on refurbishing the horseshoe pit.

There are over 40 golf courses within a 2 hour drive of Mooresville, including Pinehurst National. The following are some of the closest ones:*Mallard head Country Club - semi-private (5 mins) $25-$32 *Mooresville Golf Club – public (10 mins) par 72 Championship course $27-$36 *Skybrook Golf Club - public (15 mins) offers 5 tee boxes for various skill levels $69 *Birkdale Golf Club - public (15 mins) - has a private feel, voted best new course in 1997 $39-$63 *Verdict Ridge Golf Club - semi-private (40 mins) one of the finest 18 hole courses in NC hosted the US Open Qualifying tournament in 2001. There were 4 tees per hole from $54. You can't keep Paramount Carowinds (35 mins) a secret from the kids for long in North Carolina! The 105 acre park has more than 50 world class rides, shows, and attractions. Also, a water park is available. Ride the Borg if you dare!
