Charming townhouse condominium located in Nobadeer Meeting House, a new development conveniently located near town, Surfside beach (5 minute ride), the airport, Nantucket's famous bike path and shopping. A swimming pool is available for those days when the beach isn't an option. The bike path abutting the property will let you explore Surfside, ' Sconset and Madaket while enjoying Nantucket's unique scenery. The NRTA (shuttle) stops across the street from the development and is an easy way to get around the island. There's lots to explore, sights to take in and sunsets to enjoy. This new condominium is tastefully decorated, centrally air conditioned, and fully equipped. The first floor features a comfortable family area, dining area seats 6 guests, open kitchen with counter seating and a full bath. The second floor has a full bath and 3 bedrooms. The master contains a queen-size bed, and the other 2 are outfitted with twin beds. Full basement has laundry facilities.

We loved our townhouse. It was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. It truly felt like a home away from home. Nantucket is a pleasure to go to but the experience was more enjoyable this year because of where we were staying. Last year we stayed in a cottage that was not nearly as nice as this townhouse for almost the same price. Our children enjoyed the pool and the playground that was just put in the quad. It was located near Sisco Beach which we loved! It was also conviently located near Stop and Shop and local shops. We were able to get around the island easly by car as well as by bike. Our children loved going to the Observitory where they were able to see Jupitar for the first time. They loved the Maria Mitchel attractions and especially Jettes Beach. What a find! The Thieve's Den was a great place to eat with our family and highly recommend it. The juice bar ice cream is great unfortunatly the lines are soo long at night. We only went there during the day. It is hard to have little ones wait on line for 1/2 hour wait for ice-cream. We can't wait to go back next year and stay hopefully in the same townhouse.
