Locatet directly opposite the famous beach of Burriana in new building approx.10 mins walk to town center, is situated in a prime position overlooking the Playa Burriana. It has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin bedroom), 2 bathrooms, lounge/dining room with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen (all electric) cooker/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, iron and hairdryer. New furnished and equipped to a high standard. The apartment has a large sunny private terrace with amazing views to sea and to Maro-Cerrogordo coast nature park. Ideal place for a quiet holiday on the sea with water sports, walking tracks, skiing or golf and also offering the opportunity to explore the white villages from the Axarquia and the Alpujarra region with its whitewashed houses and narrow streets. Villages with Moorish reminiscence, like Frigiliana , Competa , Capileira etc. Cultural day trips to visit the monuments and museums at Malaga, Sevilla, Granada, Cordoba are worth considering

We are at first line of Burriana Beach , looking directly to the sea and coast. Very quiet location and convenient to town center .The traveller will enjoy the magnificent views into the sea upper cliffs, from there you get the panoramic of the nature park from Maro-Cerrogorgo. Close to the well known Parador Hotel complex and the Carabeo street with excellent range of restaurants .The motorway junction at 1 km. allow to reach most of the Andalucia cities. You can visit Marbella with its famous marina. Cultural day trips to Malaga (Picasso Museum), Granada (Alhambra Palace), Cordoba (Arab mosque), Sevilla (Cathedral etc.) are recommended. Golf closet golf course is Baviera with 18 holes and only 20 mins drive by motorway, Buggies available. Next closest course is Anoreta, also 18 holes only 35 mins drive from Nerja. Skiing Granada is the ski capital for Spain and is only 90 mins. drive from Nerja. Here skiing is possible for almost 4 months of the year.

Notes: New terraced building. All rooms looking to the sea. Large terrace with views to sea. Wide apartment for 4 to 6 persons, big living room with sofa-double bed. Linen and towels provided, all quality furnish. Over the street you find before the beach a line of good little restaurants to enjoy the stay. Supermarket is at 50 m.

Golf: Closet golf course is Baviera with 18 holes and only 20 mins drive by motorway and situated beside Caleta de Velez. Price for round is approx. 40 euros. Buggies available. Next closest course is Anoreta, also 18 holes and a little further towards Malaga, but still only 35 mins drive from Nerja. Price for round approx.60 euros. In Malaga the Parador course is also open to the public, with 18 holes and approx. 70 euros for a round.

Ski: Skiing Granada is the ski capital for Spain and is only 90 mins. drive from Nerja. Here skiing is possible for almost 4 months of the year at reasonable prices and excellent facilities. With luck you can ski early in the day and be enjoying sunshine on the beach afternoons. Watersports are all possible at Burriana beach or next at La Caleta de Vélez.
