This cozy but spacious home is located near Shea and the 101. It features complete renovation and is newly furnished. The living room is complete with cathedral ceilings and hardwood floors. A sofa chaise combination includes a sleeper bed looking onto the armoire that houses a 27-inch, flat screen TV and DVD player. A desk and leather recliner completes the room. You transition into the dining/kitchen area with beautiful travertine floors. Granite counters in the eating area are complete with 3 bar stools. The dining table has seating for 6 next to double doors that open to the patio. The kitchen features all new appliances including a glass-top stove, above-counter microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, waffle maker, toaster, and mixer. It is fully stocked with all new pots and pans, mixing bowls, cooking utensils, serving bowls, dishes, glassware, and flatware. The bedrooms have all the very best linens, and the baths have high quality terry.

We are situated in the heart of Scottsdale and very close to West World where the Berrett Jackson Auction and the Arabian Horse Show exhibit is located. Carefree Arts Festival is a local favorite. The location is perfect for easy access to many features of the Valley of the Sun. Restaurants and groceries are within a 10' walk. It is only a short 4 hour drive to the Grand Canyon. The beds are protected with antimicrobial protectors utilizing the finest linens and blankets with a choice of down and synthetic down pillows. There are lemon, grapefruit, and orange trees, along with a variety of cactus species.

The floor and shower is travertine with its own door to the pool, which may be used as the pool bath. Bedroom two is carpeted with a queen-size bed, night stands, reading lamps, and an alarm clock radio. A sitting bench finishes the room. The closet is complete with drawers. Near by is the bathroom with a shower/tub combination done in travertine along with new fixtures. The third bedroom contains a day bed and is finished with carpet, alarm clock radio, and a desk and chair. All linens and bedding are new.
