My wife and I stayed at the studio apartment for
our honeymoon. It was great. Very reasonably
priced (especially during new year's holiday). It was
a great location...so close to the ocean, yet far
enough away from the noise of Ocean Dr. to allow a
bit of quietness. The apartment was clean and fun.
The owner was great and answered any questions
we had and even gave us helpful hints for the area.
I would definetly recommend staying here. If you
want affordable...a more "homey" atmosphere, and
close to the ocean this would be your wisest choice.

I definitely enjoyed my stay here. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything you need in South Beach; shops, beach, clubs/night life, restaurants. The apartment was clean, reasonably priced, and the comfortable. The owner was available to answer questions about the apartment and the area, she is very knowledgeable, helpful, and willing to resolve any problems. I would not hesitate to stay here on my next trip to Miami or recommend it to friends.

I had a superb time in the studio apt. very close to
everything i needed. i was in SB for the miami basel
art fair, and the location was perfect for that. kitchen
is well equipped and bed is very comfy. quiet and has
all you need, wireless and cable.

My stay here was great. I liked the layout, everything was clean, and there are some good amenities which made my stay enjoyable. Great locations to everything in SoBe, I would recommend and stay here again.

Trendy, well furnished efficiency. Great bed, all amenities, great location, laundry facilities. Only downside is it can be a bit noisy at times. As a whole an extremely positive experience!!

The owner Christine is very helpful and easy to contact.
