It was remodeled with Tommy Bahama furnishings & designer flooring in 2005, and a new refrigerator in 2009. The living room/dining room boasts a cozy fireplace, LCD TV, HD cable, CD/DVD w/ iPod input, and wi-fi, and opens to the furnished patio and golf course. The kitchen, baths & laundry rooms are fully stocked and, beds, linens, rugs, and towels are luxurious (and cleaned after every rental), making this one of the most popular Palm Desert rentals. Situated on 433 beautifully landscaped acres, Palm Valley CC is private, gated and offers Country Club amenities such as massage and salon services, restaurants, bar & lounge, and pro shops. Golf is available for an extra fee. Located winthin 20-25 minutes of the Palm Springs Airport, El Paseo Shopping, downtown Palm Springs, Tram and snow skiing, Indian Wells Tennis Complex, and La Quinta.

Checks and cashiers checks accepted. Federal Express service available. Reservation fee of $500 is forfeited if booking is cancelled less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival.
  • A $500 cancellation fee will be deducted from your reservation fee if canceled within 30 days of arrival date.

The property was as promised. Very well appointed with all the comforts of home...right down to the bathrobes for both male and female.Tommy Bahama furniture as advertised plus a new flat screen tv. Beautiful view of the golf course, pool and ponds! Also very clean!!

Beautiful condo, well stocked. Downfall is it is close to the Amrtrak rails so the nights are noisy in the front bedroom as the trains roll regularly all night. Would stay here again for sure!
