Located on the tip of a secluded peninsula on the Maine coast, this unique timberframe house was created to offer an exclusive 2nd floor suite of rooms for discerning guests or honeymooners desiring something truly special. The 700 sq. ft. Great Room with its 20 ft. high, beamed ceilings and massive, stone fireplace has an unmatched ambiance and a 180 degree water view. A corner kitchen is fully equipped. The terrace has a commanding view and an elegant, curtained dining area. The marble bath boasts a two person jacuzzi tub with double shower and heated towel rack. The bedroom has a Victorian, queen size bed, sofa, chairs & TV. Its bay window has a garden view and the arched window often captures moonlight through the giant pines. There is water access for kayaking and canoeing. Located just five miles from beautiful Reid State Park with its sandy, mile long beach and Five Islands Lobster Wharf known for its Shore Dinners. 5 Star, Robinhood Free Meetinghouse, is just 1 mi.

Georgetown is located in the center of Midcoast Maine known for its beautiful sandy beaches and pristine shoreline. Although, you are just minutes from historic Bath and Brunswick, you feel like you are in an untouched, New England Seaside village with its quaint harbors and cottages. Guests enjoy shopping in the Freeport outlet stores and especially the LL Bean Main Store. Bath is filled with antique stores and specialty shops. The Bath Marine Museum is another well visited vacation highlight with its river cruise.

The property has everything you need for that home-away from home feel. Lovely owners are on-site and maintain the place wonderfully.

Close by is gorgeous Reid State Park and charming Boothbay Harbor. The Maritime Museum in Bath has so much to offer and is only a few minutes away. While there, check out Bath's charming shops and try the pulled pork at Beale St. Grille. J.R. Maxwell is also a fun place to eat but there's even more to choose from.

This suite is only 30 minutes from Freeport. Loved the "walk-on" adventures there at LLBean for only $15 a class. The Jameson Tavern was pretty cool too.

Brunswick is close-by for a quick movie or WalMart run.

The best part of our vacation though was just relaxing and taking in the fabulous views from the deck. Watching the tides change and the bald eagles fish was fantastic PLUS there's the boating...no need to even leave the property!!!
