This newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment has everything you need for a memorable vacation. The 'Avenue' is bright, sunny and ready for your stay. It comes equipped with everything you need so all you have to bring are your clothes and personal effects. This unit has broadband wireless hookup, TV with basic cable, DVD & VCR players. The kitchen has a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and a dishwasher. There is also a wooden porch where you can sit and watch the world go by or walk to the beautiful heated pool and spa area where you can relax while watching one of the gorgeous sunsets. Step out of the pool area and you are right on the beach. This beautiful beachfront property is shared by 2 cottages and 3 apartments. Pets are permitted in the 'Avenue' for a fee.
