There is a majestic mountain range with beautiful breathtaking views of several offshore islands and a morning sunrise to start each new day. Sea turtles swimming daily and whales passing by on their winter migration. Feel the trade-winds as you dine on our huge lanai (porch) or to watch the crashing ocean waves. Take a hot outdoor shower before relaxing in our hot tub after a day at the beach. Lounge in our hammock or swing overlooking the sea. We have a beautiful open yard to star gaze or catch warm rays of the sun. If you are looking for your island oasis, home away from home, this is the place! Waimanalo is located on the eastside of the island of Oahu in Hawaii. Here you will find island style living on the beach away from the hustle and bustle of 'town' but still a 25 minute drive to world famous Waikiki Beach/Diamond Head or a 15 minute drive to Kailua/Lanikai. Here you will relax in your island oasis yet still be so close to amazing activities. Whether you enjoy sailing, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, boogie boarding, kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, golfing or shopping, there is something for everyone here. All activities either available onsite or nearby. Enjoy a day of snorkeling at famous Hanauma Bay (10 minutes away) or a fun day at Sea Life Park (1 minute away). There is also a secluded white sand five mile beach minutes away. Retiring for the night at your villa by the sea, and awakening to tropical breezes, aqua waters and a vast mountain range, this is paradise found!

This vacation home is really perfect for people which like to stay directly at the beach and want to have a morning or evening appointment with the green sea turtles. It's a very good equipped gorgeous house with a nice garden and a great deck. We loved our stay there and would certainly rent it again if we return to Oahu in the future.

honeymoon hide-away!

My husband and I stayed here while on Oahu for our honeymoon last October. I could not have dreamed of a better experience, setting and "home away from home". It was very romantic with the private beach right in front of the house. Waking up to the beautiful sunrises was an added bonus! The agent we went through was very helpful with every question we had and the house was thouroughly equipped for all of our needs or wants. We also met the owners of the home and they also were very hospitable and helpful. We would recommend this for any type of getaway one would have planned! Would LOVE to go back!

We (party of 3) returned home to Canada a week ago after having had the pleasure of staying at this property for our winter vacation. It was so nice to return to the house each day after exploring around the island (there were many fun and interesting things to see and do, but our favourite was the Polynesian Cultural Center). The house was very comfortable, well equipped with pretty much everything one could ask for, the location was convenient, and any questions or concerns that we had were promptly dealt with. Waking up to the spectacular view each day was terrific!! We have no hesitation in recommending this rental to anyone who is considering it.
