This is a brand new, completely furnished 1st floor condo, directly on the ocean front and beach, located in a 55 and over community. Rental includes use of the club house, the large beachfront pool, pool area and other amenities. Everything is new from the furniture, interior walls to the granite counter top kitchen and tiled and granite baths. A large air conditioned and screened lanai faces the ocean and beach. Two flat screened televisions with DVDs. The clubhouse is a minute walk away. Parking is near the door. 3 month minimum rental.

Vero Beach is a charming oceanfront community along broad, long sandy beaches. A wide range of restaurants, golf, salt water, bay, surf and freshwater fishing are available, as well as sailing, boating, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba and other sports. Fine shopping, movie theatres, performing theatres and grocery and gourmet grocery are nearby our condo. Disney world and The Kennedy Space Center are within 1 - 1 1/2 hours. The LA Dodgers have winter training here and there are minor league games.

Notes: The unit has two flat-screen televisions with DVD players. The clubhouse area offers an Olympic size pool, a large deck, next to the beach, with many lounge chairs, tables, chairs and umbrellas. It has shuffleboard court. The interior has a library, living room, several party rooms & bathrooms, as well as the office for the condominium.

Our condo is all new with granite countertops, tiled baths and floors and 40 inch LCD TV. It is being furnished in December 2006.

We accept 3 month minimum rental. The condominium is a senior community and we will rent to seniors (55+). Children may stay as guests with the renter only. No smoking and no pets.
