Sleeps 4. 2 bedroom apartment located in Building 2 in Tarpon Marina. Corner apartment with wrap around balconies. Own private lift, secure double garage and access to all the Marina's facilities,including private pool,spa pool,gym,recreation room. Excellently located for golfing,boating,beaches and the advantages of a Marina.

A large and airy apartment with huge picture windows affording wonderful views. Floor to ceiling sliders from Lounge to Balcony,complete with mosquito screens brings the outside ,in. Similar sliders open up from the master bedroom onto balcony and guest suite onto private balcony. Impressive master suite with dressing areas and bathroom is off to one side, the second guest suite at the other end of the apartment affords privacy for all. Beautiful fully functioning kitchen with Bistro area containing marble table and seating for 4 opens on to further balcony. Private secure lift from garage and ground Lobby into the apartment's foyer. All superbly maintained and decorated. This property has the ideal feature of being within easy reach of 4 airports, offering the perfect combination of relaxation and activity and the services of a House Manager who works exclusively for this apartment. Being on the second floor (first floor of actual accommodation) the apartment lifts guests above ground level seemingly placing them among the palm trees. All the apartments are soundproofed to a strict code ensuring minimum noise levels. The apartment is fully air conditioned and the bedrooms have ceiling fans in addition. The secure garage will house 2 cars and golfing equipment and there are passes available for extra guest parking on ground level. Staff patrol regularly but unobtrusively and all gates are personally activated. The resident/guest only policy in the grounds ensures that personal space is not a problem and guests do not have to suffer the regimented' sunlounger lines' so often experienced. The Boardwalk around the Marina is easily accessed through a gate and it is a mere 5 minute stroll from your sun lounger to grab a cocktail or a bite and watch the Dolphins and the boats ,leave your towels and books , no' 30 minute towel policy' here ! Boat rental is here and you can lazily cruise up and down the canals or venture out into the Gulf, many restaurants have boat access so just put a T shirt over your swimwear and moor up or take a picnic and drop anchor somewhere ! The apartment is also our home and is furnished as so,hopefully affording a welcoming yet luxurious feel. The whole living area consisting of 3100sq.ft gives the feeling of light and space and flows one room into the next whilst still retaining personal privacy in the thoughtful location of the bedroom suites. Perfect for relaxation indoors ,outside provides everything needed to complete the enjoyment of the Florida sunshine:tables, loungers,parasols,actual sun 'beds' with canopies,pools gardens,restrooms. The 900 sq ft of balcony around the apartment offers comfortable lounge seating with areas for all to enjoy, either to snooze or read... an array of books are available for your reading pleasure as are a selection of board games. Attention to detail in all rooms helps make our guests feel at home, the services of a House Manager ensures any issues are dealt with promptly and all information given to ensure guests can make the most of their stay. This is home,not a vacation rental.

There are Banks, ATM machines, supermarkets,restaurants, Bars,hairdressers and beauty salons, everything you could think of in fact that would be necessary for day to day living in Cape Coral. At the Marina there is Pinchers Crab Shack, check out those yummy crab claws at Happy Hour ! An outside Bar serving food, aptly named 'The Nauti Mermaid', Marker 92, a top class restaurant. The Westin Hotel is also located here as are a variety of speciality shops. Boats are for hire at the Marina for you to explore the canals and the Gulf and spot Dolphins. This location caters for all needs from the keen golfer to the 'chill and relax'.. from the' eat in' to the' let's try the restaurants' person. Cocktail lover? then this place is for you! Sample and then stroll home though the flood lit gardens of the resort. Sit on the balcony and watch the sunset or sit by the pool in the evening sun.. your choice entirely. Resort Staff are most helpful should you have a question. For the savvy bargain shopper, Target and Wal Mart are an easy, straight 20 and 30 minutes drive away respectively. Bells and SteinMart also nearby, offer daily bargains on clothing and homewears, especially top quality golf wear. The main US 41 is reached in 30 minutes and is lined with well known shops and restaurants. Bell Tower Plaza on the 41 heading South has designer shopping and a 10 screen cinema. Check out the Murder Mystery Dinner Train in Ft Myers for a fun evening out or the Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre. Booking enquiries are made in the first instance via Owners Direct to the Owner. A 20% deposit will be required at the time of booking with the balance payable one month before departure. Payment to be made via Wire Transfer in US Dollars. If the booking is cancelled and we are not able to fill the reservation with an alternative booking then the 20% deposit will be non refundable.
