  • Rate Information & Reservation Policies:

    -Regular Season USD$400/night
    -Peak Season/Holidays USD$575/night
    -Minimum one (1) week stays preferred. Rates are subject to change and seasonal availability. Discounts may apply for last minute deals or longer terms of stay

    *Rates do not include Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax (7.25%) and General Excise (GET) taxes (4.712%).

    At the time of booking, a USD$500 security deposit will be required to hold your reservation. Security deposits will be returned within two weeks of departure, after cleaning and final inspection of the premises.
  • Daily maid service is not provided, however the condo is thoroughly cleaned and serviced prior to your arrival. An additional one-time cleaning fee of USD$200 will also be added to the total rent. Full payment must be received sixty (60)days prior to your arrival and for short notice bookings. Restrictions apply on refunds for cancellations with less than forty-five (45) days notice. At this time, we do not accept credit card payment.
