4 Bedrooms (1 ensuite), 2 and a half bathrooms, sleeps 10.

A lovely villa with a large private swimming pool in Kissimmee, Orlando, 10 minute drive to Disney World and close to all of Central Florida's attractions. Spaciously appointed, air conditioned and well equipped. Separate living, dining and family areas give ample room to spread out and relax. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and all utensils. The laundry room has both washer and drier. The master bedroom is en suite and has ample wardrobe space. The other three bedrooms are all of double size. An inflatable-bed is also available in the family room. Ample linen and towels (including those for pool use) are supplied. The large pool and surrounding patio area are screened to keep irritating insects at bay, thus allowing you to get on with both sunbathing and relaxing. The garage has been converted into a fully functional games room, for Foosball, table tennis and pool. Finally there is a Playstation2, DVD, CD, and 3 TV's to enjoy

Orlando - From Mickey and Pluto to Outer Space!: Orlando - Walt Disney was the first to recognise its potential when he bought a swathe of swampland and turned it into Disneyworld. He followed this up with the creation of a family of other theme parks including, of course, the Magic Kingdom and EPCOT. Following close on Walt's heels came the creators of the other famous theme parks including Sea World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove and so many more.

So everybody knows that Orlando is the undisputed world champion in the theme park stakes, which is great, but it has so much else to offer. Orlando is almost mid-way between two beautiful coastlines, both reachable in less than an hour. To the west the long white-sand beaches and warm waters of the Gulf Coast(plus another excellent theme park Busche Gardens and the interesting city of Tampa) and to the east lies the beach resorts of the Atlantic Ocean and Cape Canaveral home of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) - another fascinating day out.

Housekeeping Notes: A local manager is contactable throughout the duration of your stay.

Other management services that you may come across during your stay are the pool man, the gardener and the guy who keeps tropical bugs at bay. Florida has a sub-tropical climate and as such is a haven for little bugs that would like to get into the fabric of the building. They are prevented by the termite man who pays regular visits to the external area. Your privacy will not be compromised.

The villa, situated in Lindfields, is just 3.3 miles away from Disney World main gate and is well positioned for all of the parks and attractions of the Orlando area has to offer. Situated just off of the 192 highway in Kissimmee, this villa is easily accessible from Orlando International, Sanford and Tampa airports. Despite its close proximity to the theme parks the villa is situated in quiet surroundings with mature landscaping. It is truly a relaxing area to take a holiday. A Publix supermarket is just over a mile away, a new Walmart just 2 miles away and there is a glittering array of shops, restaurants and entertainments on the 192 highway in close proximity. The villa is convenient to all the major shopping areas (including 24 hour openings), pharmacies and medical clinics. Lindfields is a well established community that continues to mature like a fine wine, over time. Close to Disney but just far enough to keep it's warm and enchanting welcome. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (British Pound) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Notes

  • Prices are quoted by week. Stays outside of this structure will be charged by day at a pro-rata weekly rate. Stays of less than 6 nights will incur a cleaning surcharge of £50/$80. A deposit of £200/$280 per week is required to secure booking dates. Full rental balance (total rental fee quoted less booking deposit) is payable 10 weeks before departure to Florida. A £250/$400 security deposit per booking is also payable 10 weeks before departure. This deposit will be returned after 14 days of the end of the holiday provided a satisfactory report on the condition of the villa and its contents is received from our local manager. Guests are liable for any damage to the villa or its contents during their stay (other than normal wear and tear) and will be charged to cover these losses should they occur. Payments can be made in UK Sterling or US Dollars by personal check / by bank to bank transfer and in some cases by credit card. Payments can be received in the UK or the US
  • Check-in time at the villa is after 4.00 pm. Check-out time is on or before 11.00 am.
    Please note that only the people named on the booking form are allowed to stay at the villa to the maximum of 10 including infants.
    Local telephone calls are free of charge from the villa, national and overseas calls can be made by using a pre-paid phone card. These can be purchased from many outlets including Walmart.
    It may be possible to reserve a booking at a special rate at the last minute subject to availability. 'Last minute' is deemed to be within four weeks of the start-date of your booking.
    A local manager will be contactable throughout your stay should you have any questions regarding the villa.

  • One bathroom is en-suite to the master suite and the other one services the remainder of the bedrooms. The en-suite bathroom has a large and separate shower cubicle, bath, toilet and double sinks. All towels are provided. Some will already be in the bathroom as guests arrive and the remainder are stored in the cupboard off of the hall/family room. A hairdryer is available in the vanity unit under the twin sinks. The other bathroom has an integrated bath/shower, toilet and sink over a vanity unit. It is positioned adjacent to the other three bedrooms. All towels are provided for this bathroom too. Some will be found in the bathroom and the reminder in the cupboard in the upstairs hall. A hairdryer is available in the vanity unit under the sink.

  • This villa sleeps 10 plus an infant in cot provided. The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed and suite. There is an ensuite bathroom to this room with a separate shower and bath and double vanity sink. To complete the master suite there are walk-in wardrobes with ample storage space. The cot (in fold-down storage mode) can be found in this wardrobe along with it's linen. There is spare bed linen in the wardrobes of each bedroom. The other three bedrooms accommodation are made up as follows. There is a double room with queen-size bed and two other double bed sized rooms each with two twin beds. Each room has ample wardrobe and storage space. Finally there is a queen sized pull-out sofa bed in the family room thus making up the total sleeping complement to 10 plus infant.

Notes: Enter the villa into the huge living area with high-vaulted ceilings, the large open plan living area has two dining and two living areas, around an open plan kitchen, equipped with everything you could possibly need. Relax in the family lounge overlooking the swimming pool and watch the large multi-channel cable TV or lounge in the second living area and listen to your favorite music. The spacious master suite is located downstairs and looks out onto the pool. It is beautifully decorated with lots of storage space and a multi-channel TV set and video. Children will adore the Disney themed bedroom, All of their favorite characters are there including Mickey, Pluto and Winnie the Pooh. Other child facilities include a PLAYSTATION 2, highchair, cot and bedding as standard. A toddler bed may be available on request. Finally the large games room (with fuse ball, pool and table tennis tables) is there to be enjoyed by all.

Wonderful villa

We spent a very great Time in Florida.The villa is very perfect, wonderful. We were 2 families ( 4adults and 5 children) and the villa was perfect. It´s very Well located closed to Disney parks.the villa was very cleaned and the owner very friendly. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa très confortable et spacieuse. Elle est idéale pour des familles avec enfants ou sans d'ailleurs. La villa est très propre et conforme à la description. Tout était parfait. Fabulous week at Plutos Pad

My famliy consisting of 6 adults, 2 teenagers and a 7 year old stayed in the villa for a week in October 2012 and had a comfortable and delightful stay. There are 4 bedrooms which were fully adeqate for the size of our party, the 16 year old granddaughter chose to sleep on the settee in the family room and was very happy there. There was enough linen for all our needs and the beds were comfortable. There was adequate wardrobe space for all of us and the bathrooms were clean, spacious and well maintained. The kitchen facilities were more than enough for us, well stocked and clean. Our boys enjoyed the games room with pool, table soccer and ping pong. The only problem we had was not being able use the video player to watch a film in the evening, but maybe it was us, not knowing how to tune it. There was free wi-fi and a phone.
The property was a lot bigger than the photo's suggest, the young ones loved the pool and the oldies spent quite some time sunbathing on the terrace.
There are supermarkets, pharmacies & restaurants nearby and is a stones throw from Disney, a perfect location for an Orlando family holiday and we thoroughly recommend it.

" A nice spacious house in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive to Disney parks, restaurants, and shopping. My family and I were very comfortable here during our vacation. It was very clean, with a good supply of linens and all the needed kitchen equiptment. We hope to be able to rent Pluto' Pad again on our next trip to Disney."

The holiday was great thanks, tiring but good fun.

As for the villa absolutely perfect, eveyrthing we needed was there, it was clean and the location was great. In fact we would to have loved to bring it home with us.

Great Stay

We chose this villa because it was so close to Disney and it really is only 10 minutes when there's no traffic. The house is very spacious and clean in a really quite community. Seven of us stayed there and we always had plenty of space. We found everything we needed in the villa and the pool area is a great place to relax after long days in the parks. Judith the owner was very helpful and provided clear instructions on how to get there and answered any emails promptly. The villa is close to the supermarkets and restaurants along the 192 and we had good meals at Applebees, Bahama Breeze and the Longhorn steak house all within 5 mins. loved this place and would recommend it to anyone. If going to Harry Potter world go after lunch the queue times half and the village is quieter, also use the single rider queue you still end up near each other.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
