spacious ranch villa 4 bedroom 2 bath sleeps 8 comfortably

Relax in this spacious four-bedroom villa (new carpet throughout Oct 2012), located in central Florida just 15 minutes from Disney World, 20 minutes from Universal Studios, and one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. This home is a 1500 square foot ranch in Thousand Oaks subdivision built in 2000 which can easily accommodate up to eight people. All linens are provided including two sets of sheets for every bed. This smoke-free home is professionally cleaned before and after each stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils - everything you need to prepare a simple meal or a six-course dinner.

This is the perfect home away from home for enjoying Walt Disney World and the numerous other attractions of the Orlando area. You are close to Champions Gate Resort two miles away. All of the theme parks are within a short drive and you can come home to a very relaxing home after a day at the park. Old town is close by as are many golf courses of all challenges and price ranges. To name a few Highlands Reserve, Stoney Brook West, Orange County National and many more close by.

  • Large Master bedroom with king bed and a view or the woods and pool includes a cable television and large walk-in closet. Master bathroom has a 5'x4' tiled shower with an entrance to the pool from the master bathroom. second bedroom on the other side of the house has a queen bed. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds in each. One has a 'Finding Nemo' theme and the other has a golf theme. All our bedrooms have dressers and closet space so you can move in and feel at home.

Lovely, comfortable and convenient vacation home

We had a fabulous time at this home located 15 minutes away from all the theme parks and shopping. The house was clean, bright and spacious. The pool was warm and ideal for spending the days with our 2.5 year old and 1 year old. The are no stairs in the home so it was so easy to have our little ones run free and not worry about them going up or down the stairs. The owners and property managers were always friendly and courteous and responded to any of our questions promptly. We would definitely recommend this home and return again on our next visit to Orlando!

Beautiful property, close to Disney. Plenty of room for 5 adults and two children. Coming back to the pool after a long day at the parks was very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.

We had a very relaxing time durring our stay here. It was our kids first trip to Disney and they loved it. With the temperatures so unseasonably warm 90's it was refreshing to take a swim each afternoon. No pool heat needed. We are very happy we decided to stay here. It was nice to come here after a day at the park and unwind. We had a great time. Go Badgers
