'Corner Cottage' is in a quiet neighborhood within a short walk of everything CDA has to offer. There is no better location for a Coeur d'Alene vacation!

Activities for Everyone: Within an easy 5 minute walk you'll find Lake Coeur d'Alene, dining, city park, trails for walking/biking, local events and more. The annual Ironman event has its Start/Finish line just 1 block away. Also within an easy walk there is golfing, hiking, art, antiques, shopping, museums, sea-plane tours, etc. Seasonal activities within a 25-45 minute drive include skiing, a theme park and waterslide park.

Luxurious Home Away from Home: Corner Cottage is perfect for family gatherings, vacationing with friends or a romantic getaway any time of the year. Fantastic home and location! Emmy and Dave are wonderful. We stay for 16 nights the end of July and early August producing/promoting A Taste of the Coeur d'Alenes in the City Park. This is our home away from home, and they accept cats, too! It is centrally located to City Park, Downtown and the Lake. We will definitely be back every year and will recommend to all our friends heading to Coeur d'Alene.

My family and I were in the area for a wedding and thought it would be nice to stay together as a family then in separate hotel rooms. The listing and photos were accurate... the first impression was warm and amazing and we felt at home immediately. The property was clean, well maintained, convenient and comfortable. They seemed to have everything you would need on hand... almost like your home away from home. The owner was helpful, kind, and engaged in the process. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends and family, and we would ourselves, stay again. Thanks so much :-)

Our family enjoyed staying at the Corner Cottage so we could attend our Son's wedding. There were
seven of us sharing this lovely home. Everything was clean and well maintained. There were plenty
of towels, comfortable beds and places to sit and visit. The fenced back yard was perfect for our
black lab Zach. The location gave everyone an opportunity to go where they wanted in just a
few minutes. Emmy was very accomodating and timely in all communications. Thanks for a wonderful
stay!!!

My mom and I met my Idaho son and wife here. It is a great three bedroom home with plenty of space to relax in. The fenced in yard was great for the "grand" dog. The house is located in a great area close to the lake and walking trails. We tried a different restaurant each night and enjoyed them all! We will stay again!!

We had a comfortable stay and I'd recommend the house. It seemed like more of a party house than we had expected, lots of big spaces and high ceilings. Good dance floor, maybe. A little light on coziness and good places to curl up with a book (the lamps and lighting could be improved). But it was clean, the beds were comfy and the location is lovely.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
Owner's Response: Thank you for your honest review, which gives us an opportunity to discourage those seeking a party house. Corner Cottage was designed specifically as a vacation rental, with an open floor plan for families to gather, talk, play games, watch movies and the like. Corner Cottage is in no way meant as a party house, and in fact such would be discouraged. Curling up as a family, with a book, would be right up our alley! Thank you for your business.
