Welcome to the 'Star Florida Villa', with 4 bedrooms sleeping up to 9 guests + cot (villa sleeps 11 including sofa beds), this is one of largest 4 bed villas in Orlando, it can easily accommodate two families. Situated 7 miles from Disney (10 min drive). Luxuriously furnished, air conditioned, heated private swimming pool & spa with coloured fibre optic lighting, extended pool deck equipped with sun loungers, table, chairs, BBQ & there is also a pool bathroom. A pool safety fence is provided for peace of mind with children. 2 bedrooms have en-suites, there are 2 lounge areas, 2 dining rooms, a breakfast bar, kitchen, laundry room, games room with pool table, air hockey, foosball & dart board. All bedrooms have cable TV’s along with a cable TV in the lounge, DVD player, stereo & PS2. Also provided FREE is: wireless or broadband internet (just bring your laptop), local or international phone calls, safe, highchair, cot & safety gates. Located 3 mins to shops,restaurants & golf courses.

The 'Star Florida Villa' is located in the 'The Retreat at Legacy Park', in a natural setting southwest of Orlando. The world-famous attractions like Walt Disney World is located 7 miles away (10 min drive). Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Wet & Wild & Gatorland are only a short drive away & can be reached within 20-30 mins. Also located nearby is Lake Tohopekaliga and Lake Marion. Lake Tohopekaliga offers fishing, boating, camping, hiking and other outdoor activities. Within a 3 minute drive are golf courses, supermarkets, shopping & restaurants. The famous Champions Gate Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman is 2 miles away. A publix supermarket is a 2 min drive away with other local shops & restaurants. Walmart Super centre is a 5 min drive. The Star Florida Villa offers the best of both worlds, with beauty and convenience near the excitement of Orlando, yet far enough away to relax in peace and quiet. Legacy Park is situated 2 miles south of the 192, on the US Highway 27.

  • Late Deals & Special Offers are Available for last minute bookings.
  • The above rates include all Florida state taxes, utilities (e.g. water & electricity). You can arrive or depart on any day of the week and we have no minimum rental period.

    Deposit of $175 per week will secure booking date. (non refundable)

    The remaining balance is not payable until 8 weeks before departure. A refundable security deposit of $220 is payable with remaining balance 8 weeks before departure. This will be fully refunded pending an inspection from our management company.

    Pool Heating is available if you require it at $175 per week (usually only required from Oct-March).

    Please note for stays less than 7 nights there is a cleaning charge of $95.

    We can accept payment in US$ or GB£, personal check, internet/wire bank transfers or credit/debit card (via Paypal).

Gorgeous Home - We will definetly return again

The home was beyond our expectations. Beautifully decorated yet very comfortable. Nice bedroom suites! Pool was fantastic - kept the kids entertained. They really enjoyed having the playstation and game room too. We had everything we needed to pack picnic lunches, towels for the beach, and HGTV for the evening when we were exhausted from the sunshine! I will certainly recommend this home to my friends and family!

Kid friendly house

The house was as described. Very well maintained, very clean. The layout of the house was great, it was nice to put the kids to bed upstairs instead of the same level as the kitchen and family room area. We didn't use the pool that much or the spa (the spa could have been a little warmer, it was the same temp as the pool). Overall, the house great and I would recommend it to friends and family. Disney is about a 20 minute drive from the house.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

This property was exceptionaly clean,
can easily accomodate 2 families,
very well layed out and roomy,
pictures don't do it justice,
it is all that it says it is ....and then some....

I would recommend this property to all.
