Located in desirable Shipyard Plantation, this villa includes a fully equipped kitchen with an attached breakfast nook and an elevated counter area available for a quick snack. The tiled living/dining room area is spacious and provides great golf course views from the complete wall of sliding glass doors. The private deck is a relaxing place to read or just enjoy the peaceful environment. Some of the more popular amenities include: washer/dryer, TV, VCR, DVD player, DSL with wireless capability, deck chairs and cleaning at departure. As an alternate to the 5 minute walk to the beach, The Greens also provides a private community pool. Use of the tennis courts at the Van de Meer Tennis facility is also included with rental. Eight miles of bike paths, private beach access and a secure, gated community add to the benefits of staying in Shipyard. Hilton Head Island offers a wide variety of activities for anyone's taste, great weather and plenty of natural wildlife to appreciate!

Located in The Greens community within Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island (also famous for its golf courses), this villa has a prime location for vacationers who love the beach. Once situated in the rental, there is no need to get your car keys out to get to the beach. In addition to all of the typical beach activities, Hilton Head Island has all of the conveniences of living in a small community. There are plenty of grocery stores, family activities, some of the finest seafood restaurants in the country, sightseeing, tennis, biking, kayaking and just plain relaxing. Shipyard Plantation is centrally located on the island and offers access to the historic Harbour Town area, The famous Salty Dog Restaurant, South Beach Marina shopping area, boating trips, sunset cruises and outlet shopping. Savannah, GA is a mere 45 minute drive away with all of the history and culture anyone could want. Charleston, SC is a short drive in another direction and would be a reasonable day-trip.

Great location, only a short bike ride to the beach. Unit is clean, spacious and very quite.

Very comfortable king size bed in Master bedroom. Second bedroom is nicely decorated. Lots of closet space in the bedrooms.

Nice new large fridge in kitchen.
