There is a newly modeled Pool area, exercise room and Club house. Situated in Central Sarasota in Forest lakes with 10 minutes drive to Beaches, Downtown, Shops and malls and to Interstate.

Kitchen is modern and equipped. Condominium has washer and Dryer, TV and DVD /VHS player with movies.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, updated, & relatively affordable. The owner was also very kind & attentive. I not only recommend it to others, but I plan on returning in the future.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Our winter retreat

We enjoyed our stay at this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo it had all the things we needed and enjoy. The owner was very helpful and took care that all our needs were taken care of. We hope to be back next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers
